The room is big enough for 4 people. It is clean. With washing machine and drying equipment in the bath room. Good for a longer trip.

1. Walking from JR west gate takes 10 min. Remember to find JR west gate first. Otherwise, we will get lost easily in Osaka station. 2. It is a little confusing during the check in process. The entry gate passcode should be specified in a clear way.

The place feels like your “own” apartment in Osaka. We felt like we were locals for a week. It was really great and gave a lot to our experience. Walking distance from the Umeda and Fukushima stations. A MaxValu and a Family Mart is nearby. The beds are big and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom too. There is equipment in the room to clean if needed. Enough storage space for all our clothes and a washing machine (amazing). Would book again.

The floor could have been cleaned better but we took out the vacuum cleaner that was in the room and fixed the problem quickly. You can’t bring down the trash (it needs a key - or I couldn’t figure it out) so you will have your leftovers and trash “stew” there during your stay. The bins seal so it’s not a problem but good to know. There is no staff at the place at all and we had luck with checking in on the iPad (for about 10 mins we couldn’t figure out what the instructions meant - review of the translation would be necessary. However once it was solved it was all good.

We got a little kitchen. Utensils were not very clean but we could use them after rinsing. There's a laundry machine but no detergent for cloth washing. The check in process was not too complicated and the staff (via online) gave clear instruction. It felt quite safe knowing that they probably changed the door password after each stay. It was located in between Umeda Station and Fukushima Station. 7-11 was at most 5 mins away. Space is not quite enough for 3 people. We cannot leave our luggage open. It looks quite exactly like the picture provided here.

They do not provide regular room service. Rubbish would remain in the room. You could use the vacuum and clean the room as you like though. The beds were basically just mattresses. My older family found it inconvenient as they would have to squat down/kneel down to get into their bed. Also you have to walk past a very narrow space (to not step on the mattress) to go to the cloak room (which has a full body dressing mirror). We did not use the balcony so it felt a little bit waste of space. The chairs would wobble. If someone is too heavy, you might have to be careful of the chair.

Minn Umeda North is a great location - best train station is Fukushima and it is about a 6 min walk (400m). You can walk to the Umeda Sky Building from here also. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standard, and very clean and tidy. There is a 7-Eleven across the road, and I highly recommend Pause Coffee which is next door! We had a fabulous dinner at Nishumeda Lamp Ramen which was around the corner.

Like other reviews I had read, we had issues with our check-in process. We arrived at 11pm and as we had 2 rooms booked, checked in easily to one room but the 2nd door access code did not work. After speaking with a team member via a video call, we ended up having to locate a lock box and use a physical key for that room for the entire stay. It was a little frustrating however we got there in the end! Also, we had requested rooms on the same floor, and this wasnt accommodated when we arrived.

It is a flat/apartment setting. I enjoy how the cabinets are set up. With such a limited space, the apartment can fit 2 queen beds. We had 2 luggages and I get to store them away in the cabinets. I also manage to put all my cloth in the wardrobe. The drying system in the bathroom is amazing. You can do laundry everyday. The fridge is big enough for travelers.

Location, close to Osaka Umeda station- 10 mins walk, lots of little restaurants around, just check the side streets. Coffee from Pause is excellent. Open in the morning turn right after exiting the building, blink and you'll miss it.

It was a little challenging getting into the building without staff but once you get in the ipad for communication works weel. Kind of like an Air b n b with tech support. Just make sure you keep on top of emails to get your entrance codes for entering the property.

It had everything we needed and close to Osaka, Fukushima and Umeda stations.

We arrived a few hours earlier and staff wouldn’t help store bags for a few hours. It was just me and two young kids. We had big luggages. They did not offer alternative when I mentioned it was my first time I Osaka and I had two young kids and was I expected to just sit outside and wait with them for a few hours because we couldn’t go far with our heavy luggage. The guy just shrugged at me.

The apartment-style set-up with its kitchen, Japanese-style bath, and laundry was excellent. The reception was quick and easy to use. Not having a key card and instead using a passcode made coming and going easy.

The quality of the beds can be improved. There is also not much space to store suitcases with easy access, e.g. under the bed like in other hotels. The position of the table was inconvenient and took up space; changing the position or style will make the room feel bigger with better accessibility.

The place is clean and comfortable. Conveniently located and easy to walk to the stations.

The room was a little small and the wall-side closet doors didn't really open. Because it's near the busy street, some noise sometimes comes in the room.

Location - about 5-10 minutes very easy walk to the newly refurbished Osaka Station west gate. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. clean and tidy. Despite other reviewers having problems with the self check-in and check-out we had no issues at all.

A bit cramped. The washer/dryer was very small and didn't wash or dry very well. Instead I highly recommend using AQUA launderette about 5 mins walk away.
