The room had a good layout with a huge window. Bathroom and separate toilet was good. Also good that the sleeping area could be closed from the entrance. Once you get oriented the access to the station is good, though only the west exit. Guest lounge was helpful inc the laundry facilities.

There were no signs or information to guide you from Osaka station to the hotel. It was very hard to find the hotel entrance when new to the area. Having multiple elevators to get into the hotel was a nuisance. Breakfast was way too expensive, local alternatives are available nearby. There was no English available on the TV to be able to read about hotel services.

Our stay here was amazing! I had lower expectations as it was a new hotel and I only saw rendered photo's, however it was much more grand than I thought, the rooms were accurate to the pictures and much larger too, and the onsen was a whole thing in itself. It featured about 9+ differing baths, sauna's and experiences, with a seperate area for lockers and yet another for grooming. It was about 25,000 yen per person, I would recommend either spending the day (as there was a wellness food area that families were eating at) or leaving at least an hour for a session. Breakfast was also incredible... not cheap (roughly 40,000 yen) but a lot of options such as a station to make your own udon or takoyaki balls. Couldn't recommend enough for the price and would stay here again.

The location is a balanced quiet spot considering Umeda is a very busy and crowded shopping center. The cleaning crew makes the room nice and clean every day. Though this hotel is relatively new opened, there’s no any uncomfortable smell at all.

We experienced a bit issue that we already charged by Booking but got asked to pay again when check in. The staff eventually resolved this problem by canceling the double charge but I had to pay for the transaction fee for my credit card. Also the amenities can be improved: i.e. No cotton buds or body lotion provided.

The hotel is new, quiet and not crowded. The room that i stayed was very clean and nice. You need to do check in at a self automated machine on level 5 but there are nice staff to guide you. Hotel is linked to Grand Green Osaka, need to take a different lift on level 5 to level 1 or 2 to enter the mall. There's a mini supermarket, bakery and restaurants at basement. The location of the hotel is ideal, near to major shopping malls (for Singaporeans - the walking distance from hotel to Osaka Station/major shopping malls = walking around Ion Orchard to Orchard Gateway. The other nearest shopping mall is LUCUA 1100 but it closes at 8pm. Most shops/shopping malls close by 8 - 8.30pm

There is no iron and iron board in the room and you need to call the front desk to borrow one. Bathroom is quite small. Nonetheless, i will stay there again,

The breakfast buffet and the staff were very nice and always present to help you out with questions. The property was pretty new and very nice with its features.

Very confusing to get to from the main train stations nearby since all the stations around are connected to shopping malls and there’s not a lot of signage to get to the hotel from the train station. The spa package didn’t include the outdoor infinity pool which felt like a waste

Excellent hotel, so well serviced, great staff. Literally the perfect location to get to Osaka station, with no need to walk outside. Easy to travel to and from as a result.

The breakfast, whilst great, was ridiculously expensive. Even the cafe just outside was far cheaper. Heaps of other places around for breakfast, so glad that we only paid for one breakfast.

Location of the hotel was very near Osaka station, for those visiting, use the west exit of osaka station for direct connection to the level 2 of the hotel building through the mall. It was in a quieter area of umeda but still within 10 mins walking distance to the main umeda area/malls.

Room was slightly smaller than expected but everything was brand new.

The room is super clean and the furniture is very Japanese and beautiful . . It’s very very close to Osaka Station and there’s a bridge to go directly to the JR gates.

Check-in is strictly at 03:00p.m. When I asked the front desk for a taxi on a heavy rainy day they said that they don’t call taxis and I’ll have to go to the nearby taxi stop . . I went there and I had to wait for a while.

The whole hotel is gorgeous. The fittings are luxurious and the design is well thought out. The room was spacious enough for open suitcases to not cause any movement issue. Loved the floor to ceiling window. Bathroom was modern, clean and well appointed. So close to JR Osaka station and others. Also close to the airport bus stop.

As its a new hotel , Cleanliness was good. The facilities like GYM , lounge area for reading or working, access to coffee machines , laundry was quite excellent . Bit walkable from Osaka station but was managable after we got to know which exit (Exit 2) from station to take to reach hotel from Osaka station .
