My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed and exceptionally clean. It offers several convenient amenities such as vending machines for drinks, laundry machines with drying functions, and a well-known 7-Eleven store on the ground floor — perfect for quick daily needs at any time. The hotel staff were very professional and courteous, and the presence of a night security guard added an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet, clean, and well-equipped place to stay in Osaka.

One minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from major train stations and shopping centers, but it doesn’t significantly affect the overall experience.

It is walking distance to Osaka station and Osaka loop line. Plus, it has 7/11 downstairs which is so handy. The room size is decent size compared to other hotels in Japan. Also, they provide thoughtful toiletries such as facial cleansing oil and moisturiser, kids pack with facial towel and slippers. Lastly, it is so handy that their laundry machine accepts IC card and others.

Can’t fault anything except I hope there were 4 pillows instead of just 2.

The room was on the top floor with a nice view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room is very stylish. They had a steamer in the room, which we didn’t have the chance to use, but it looked very cool. The hotel also has a laundry machine. They had a breakfast buffet, which was okay.

The check in process was not ideal. The receptionist asked for the usual paperwork. However, afterwards you are being sent to a machine to do the final steps of the check in yourself. The hotel doesn’t look amazing from the outside, but the rooms are really nice. It’s a 13 min walk from the station.

The location is very good, only 10-15 minute walk from Osaka station. The room was small but clean and comfortable with an excellent blackout blind on the window that cut out all light. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable selection to suit western and Japanese tastes and the restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly. Extras for the room, such as tea, coffee, shower caps, toothbrushes and so on, were all provided in the reception area, you simply took what you needed. Check in was easy, payment was done using a machine which dispensed the room cards. Checking out using this machine was super fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again myself.

We could bring our luggage earlier and they even took care of our strawberries 🤭 The bathroom was quite big, but I would I’ve preferred a bit more space in the room than in the bathroom. Really good equipment, there was even a massage machine and a pants pressing machine. Sadly we didn’t had time for breakfast, but it looked really nice.

It was I bit further from the station then I thought, but still totally fine. Like I said before I would have preferred that the bathroom would have been smaller and the room a bit bigger, but it’s not a big deal. The room was small, but just as small as I expected it from a Japanese hotel room. The most and kinda only negative negative thing was, I found some hairs that weren’t ours…

This place is close to Osaka station, which made it so much easier to travel several places in Osaka. Also a humongous subway retail space under Osaka station means you have everything at your door step. It also has a 7/11 just outside the hotel ( 7/11 s are life saver in Japan) The room was cosy, comfortable bed, size was a bit smaller but that only looked smaller because our hotel prior to this place was bigger in Kyoto, otherwise the place is perfect for our 3 nights stay. You could easily connect to TV from your Phone as well, which is again a bonus to watch what you like.

Spacious rooms, great bathroom, great pillows. Good amenities, location was good. Staff was nice, convenience store attached to the building. All in all a great experience.

The beds were extremely firm, but that’s common in Japan. Still the bed was hard to the point where I literally had a dream about buying a futon to put on the bed for better sleep. I think any hotel that starts to take requests for mattress toppers for foreigners will earn significantly more money.

The hotel was amazing and extremely clean and nicely designed from the reception to the rooms. I really appreciated the black out blinds and the rooms were spacious. It was really nice that you could track which washing machines were being used which saved us going downstairs to check. We could also see how long the washing machines had left. Being able to use the hotel change machine to get coins for the washing machine was really useful too. The staff were also friendly and professional.

Really convenient location close to train station, it's a little far from Dontonbori but can get a quick train there. Our floor had a really useful room where we could wash clothes and had an ice and vending machine. The room was a good size very clean and comfortable and had lots of useful amenities at reception.

our shower wasn't very powerful at all but the bath was really nice and big with free bath bombs. if it wasn't for shower being bad I'd give a higher review because it is a really good hotel.

Good sized rooms, clean and easy to find. 7/11 under the hotel for grabbing milk, or snacks. Good sized reception and able to store luggage.

Check in was unnecessarily complicated. Had to access our key cards from a self serve thing with limited translations available. And then we couldn’t pay there so had to go back to the main counter anyway. Annexe was located round the corner and felt like an entirely separate hotel. We had booked a room in the annexe and in the main hotel, but they weren’t anywhere near each other.
