Great location in Kitte Osaka. Professional hotel staff, superb hotel room with great view of Osaka . The bed was soo good , love the shower gel etc and also the breakfast has many to choose from and the best Beef Udon ！

The room.
Besides the room is excellent, the stuff’s’ operation is really poor. They are not supposed to work at such a 3 star hotel. Seriously, the stuff operation wasn’t professional I felt. I actually called the customer service to claim about the issue but they called me back around night time. That’s also one of the disappointment point. I thought they are not professional.
