Great location, good-sized room with room for 4 adults to move around in effortlessly. Clean and serviced with the eco service, which suited us.

The bathroom area doesn't have a door, we just opened one of the cupboard doors, to afford us some privacy (two adult teens in our family).

Location to several train/subway. Unlimited food options. Room size is decent if both luggage is top open but will have to take turn both luggage book style. TV has a page for monitoring laundry machine availability.

Long line to reach lift during peak hours. But queue for upper and lower lifts are not clear. This hotel has ALOT ALOT A LOT of rooms. Hotel lobby is several floors above the retails. For this size of establishment, there is no shower cap too. The bins are the size of an A4 ream. Oddly, partial room housekeeping does not include throwing out the rubbish.

The location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The location was super good because we were in Osaka mainly to eat, shop, and go to the airport. The hotel is linked to the JR station on the 2nd floor, and also has a shopping mall below with direct access to some floors. Every shop we wanted to go to was nearby and a bus to the airport was just across the road. We also appreciated the separate bath in the room, rather than the small unit bath type. Size of the room was good. An unexpected bonus was the nice view from the room.

The check-in/out process was automated, which was fine, but staff hovered a little too closely behind us and sometimes pressed the buttons on the screen if we were a little slow to do it. We appreciate the staff wanted to help but I felt a little rushed. Why automate it if staff won't let us do it ourselves?

The room was beautiful. The ceilings were very high and added a feeling of luxury. We were on the top floor and the special elevators made it very easy for us to get up and down quickly. The room was clean and had more than enough room to fit two people. The location cannot be beaten. It is so easy to get to the main station and there is so much to do around the building.

- very near JR Osaka station, connected by overhead bridge and underpass - located within the same building as Yodobashi - lots of food options ard the area - separated shower, toilet and wash areas - only 20 mins train ride to USJ

- can be rather crowded at the lift lobby - need to ensure there is a personnel assisting for self help check-in and check-out

I have just spent two weeks in Japan and I have to say this was my favourite hotel. The location is excellent for the airport bus and for all of the major stations in Osaka. It’s connected directly to Umeda which has an excellent food hall and some great shops. I was so impressed with the coin laundry service- the tv shows you when machines are free and also shows you how many minutes you have left for your washing. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka - especially if you arrive/depart from either of the airports. The room was spacious (in comparison to other hotels in this price range) I chose a room on a higher floor (29) and had a fantastic view of the city. The blackout blinds work incredibly well! I had a great stay here and if I find myself in Osaka again I will definitely book into this hotel.

I liked everything!

The location was as central as it can get surrounded bus and train lines. Despite how busy it was, everything was very orderly. The stuff was extremely helpful and kind. I also like that you could help yourself with essentials such as disposable toothbrush or razor, etc at the hotel lobby. The hotel has two huge buffet breakfast restaurants and the variety is countless. It’s a fusion of western and Japanese food. Rooms were clean. Also the property has coin operated washes and dryers. It took us some time to sort it out but it all worked perfectly.

What I didn’t like isn’t really specific to this hotel as many if not all Japanese hotels have small rooms. But I can’t complain either as our room was considered big by Japanese standards as I could comfortably open and close my suitcase and still have space to walk around. But what I really didn’t like is that there was an extra charge to use the hotel pool… I have never had such an experience where the guests have to pay to use the hotel’s amenities… a bit disappointing…

The rooms was a decent size for the three of us and our luggage. The location was ideal as we were centrally located and literally at the busy main Osaka train station. The hotel was part of a huge shopping complex (like a mall) and had numerous food and shopping options so that was a major plus! You could spend a whole week just in that complex and still never see all the shops or dining options.

It was so big, it was easy to get lost..and we did! The hotel was like part of a mini city itself and it was easy to get turned around. The staff involvement was minimal so that could be good or bad depending on your style. Mostly everything is electronic or self-service.
