The location is great - 10 mins from Osaka Station and 4 mins from Nakatsu station. There are a lot of restaurants and stores around. The room was bigger than what I expected and what is usually offered by other hotels from the same class. I had no issues to place my whole luggage (2 big + 1 small + all new shopping results) and still be comfortable (I am not a small person). The bathroom too was bigger than I expected and comfortable. The bed was a little on the harder side but not so much that would cause me pain. The staff is very helpful - even though there is a machine to check-in and check-out, they helped me how to use it; even though their English was not fluent, they answered readily all my queries (we used gtrans) in details. The breakfast is awesome - very delicious and I loved to be able to try traditional Japanese dishes. There is a free water dispenser in the lobby which is amazing for recharging water bottles. I loved the hotel and I would definitely book it again if I have the chance when I go back to Osaka. And if they have a branch in Tokyo, I would definitely love to try it too.

1/ Accessible to 2 subway lines. Walking distance to 3. 2/ Friendly staff though English is pretty limited so use Google translate 3/ Decent and traditional Japanese breakfast

1/ mirror in shower was cracked, so that was somewhat dangerous, which hotel informed at point of check in. No alternate room. 2/ No tidying up of room till the 4 day ie housekeeping will just leave fresh towels in a bag at the door

Location was pretty good. Walking distance to train stations and lots of restaurants. Family Mart is just 100m from hotel. Lots of food and snacks. The egg sandwich is delicious. Ate it everyday for a week!

The breakfast could have had more varieties. I stayed for 7 nights and had same breakfast every morning

Breakfast spread is fairly good. Location is close to Nakatsu Station which has escalator up and down (rare in Japan) to road level. Also close to Umeda shopping area.

1. Pillow was too soft. I did not sleep well until I got another pillow to stack on the 1st pillow. 2. We stayed at the same hotel over two periods 15-17 Apr, 21-24 Apr. Unfortunately, hotel could not accommodate our request to leave a piece of luggage between the 2 periods.

Almost perfect location, near the subway and just 10 minutes away from subway to Shin-Osaka, so bringing luggages from shinkansen train to the hotel wasn't a problem. The hotel staff was really helpfull specially with luggage transfer and any doubt we had.

The room was a bit small but comfortable

Staff was very helpful. They had a very hearty breakfast spread - mix of Japanese onigiris, sandwiches, and even meatballs. Also loved the complimentary toiletries - provided everything you will need. There's a vending machine on the ground floor too for drinks. Location is very near Nakatsu train station and convenience stores. You can also store your luggage after check out just ask them beforehand.

Breakfast time was strict, around 6-9:30am. We missed out on the allowed time as we were still adjusting to the time difference, but we weren't able to get any breakfast even after asking nicely. The room was quite small so it was quite hard to move around with the luggage around.

Breakfast is great, every day something different, many propositions, strongest point of the hotel. Locations is good, close to metro and Osaka stations Standard room which was cleaned every day

Very close to Osaka downtown. Staff are very friendly and nice. Breakfast is great; hence we don't need to buy something to buy for breakfast. Even varieties of food is not too much; it's nice to have a Japanese typical food. Love it.

Great location. Walking distance to Nakatsu and Umeda stations. Also to the Umeda sky building. Breakfast is awesome with plenty of Japanese options. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Room is bit smaller but that’s expected when you are in Japan.
