I recently stayed at the Tokyo Inn in Osaka for 10 days during my first visit to Japan for Christmas and new year, and it was an incredible experience! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Kato from the front office, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and smooth. Their kindness and efficiency truly stood out. my staying was single room, every 3 days full room clean, and got the Japanese style breakfast, nothing to say. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to major tourist destinations like Dotonbori, Umeda, and Namba. It's not far from these hotspots, making it a convenient base for exploring Osaka. Additionally, the Nakatsu Station (Midosuji Line) is just a short walk away, providing seamless transportation throughout the city. and good restaurant nearby and convenient stores(7/11, family mart, Lawson's, atm...) Traveling to nearby cities such as Nara, Kyoto, Himeji, and Kobe was also a breeze. The connectivity from the hotel made day trips simple and hassle-free, which was a huge plus for me as a first-time traveler to Japan. Overall, I highly recommend Tokyo Inn for its excellent service, strategic location, and convenient access to both Osaka’s attractions and neighboring cities. The exceptionally spacious room is the largest I've experienced on this trip, offering generous living space. A particularly convenient amenity is the complimentary shuttle service, which operates: • To Osaka Station: Every 15 minutes from 6:00-10:30 AM • Return to Hotel: Starting at 5:00 PM The hotel's breakfast service is both delicious and practical - guests have the option to enjoy their complimentary meal in the dining area or take it to-go in provided boxes for in-room dining.

Situated in a quiet area, the hotel is perfect for those who avoid the crowds and noise, like myself! I have only spent one night there but the staff were extremely polite and incredibly helpful! I left my luggages at the hotel and went exploring before the check in opened and once I got back they remembered who I was and had everything already ready for me! All the amenities can be taken from the front desk! They also have a men’s and women’s sauna! The breakfast was Japanese and Western food combined and it was delicious! Would highly recommend and would definitely go back on my next Japan visit!

I like the included breakfast. Good variety and quite tasty. The shuttle to osaka station is also very convenient. The facilities are well thought of - functional/efficient. The staff are polite and friendly and quite easy to communicate with in English. The clothes washer and dryer functions well. Easy checkin and checkout.

The pillow is hard and flat- not comfortable to sleep in. The mattress is not as soft as well. The room is very small. It would be very difficult for somebody with large luggage.

Staff were excellent and really helpful. They were happy to help us call taxis and held our bags prior to check-in. Location was pretty good and close to the metro station. Pricing was great. Hotel had the amenities that we needed including a coin laundry. Rooms were soundproof.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock solid and gave me a sore back. The coin laundry is very small so it is often busy and you have to wait to use it. The bathroom had a lightly mouldy scent that would not go away from the time we checked in.

The breakfast was fantastic. Delicious fresh home-made food made in the kitchen early in the morning, it’s exactly what we needed after eating 7/11 everyday for a while. The room itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel had a lot of amenities to give out for free. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and housekeeping came daily to give you fresh towels and change your bin. The staff were super lovely and keen to give you hand. Location wise also really great, easy to walk to quite a few restaurants and only 15 minutes on foot to a nice shopping area. They have a free shuttle to take you to Osaka station and that was the cherry on top!

Absolutely nothing

Quiet environment, bed was really big, overall room size was also bigger than expected, we could open 2 cabin sized luggage no problem. Breakfast provided was also really good and the free shuttle bus service was very convenient (just look out for the blue Toyoko inn van).

Bed was a quite hard for me and not many restaurant selections nearby the hotel

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being within close walking distance of a train station which provided swift access to the major Osaka stations. The room was very clean and functional, larger than I expected, with a pleasant city view (especially at night). The free breakfast provided was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful.

This apartment has a comfortable room with good amenities. The free wifi is always working and is perfect for getting work done. The breakfast buffet style was also delicious and nutritious, giving me the perfect start to my day.

One of the downsides to this apartment is that the room is a little small, which can make it feel cramped at times. Additionally, the room had a slight smell when I first arrived, but I was able to fix it by opening the window for some fresh air. The ventilation in the shower room is also somewhat weak, which can lead to moisture buildup. Lastly, the table next to the big window can make it too hot if you work there all day, which can be uncomfortable in the summer months.

The breakfast, and the staff were very kind and accomodating. The free shuttle to the Osaka station was a plus. The free amenities were a plus, too. A plus we were allowed to leave our suitcases for storage even after our check-out.

The actual room was small so you can barely open your suitcase, especially if two people are staying with two suitcases. We stayed during the new years. So on Jan 1, we didn't know that the shuttle would be unavailable, and we weren't advised. We waited for quite some time before resorting to commuting. Even going to the hotel on our first day, we didn't know the shuttle was available, should be promoted more on your page.
