Great location and solid value for the prize. Clean and efficient rooms. Only complaint would be the stiffness of the pillow. Breakfast option excellent. Three blocks from Entrance # 3 for the Subway and from there you can get anywhere. Staff very helpful. Supper experience.

The hotel was great, in a really solid location a short walk away from the main city train station. Staff were super friendly and the room extremely comfortable and clean, would happily recommend this hotel to any traveling to the city.

I was unaware of the intercom system that was set up inside the rooms (for all I know this is common in hotels in Japan), however when a brief power cut happened I wasn't ready to hear a ominous voice laughing through the system to test the intercom before providing a safety announcement (which was only in Japanese so I did have to check at reception what was actually happening). Aware situations like this aren't common but either way was a little scary.

The property is clean and very well presented throughout we had a few days we’re we was out and doing tours/activities and every time we came back the room was spotless and all the staff was extremely welcoming. You are central as well for a lot of areas so you can easily access transport to get to Namba or even further out like Kyoto. All appliances available for making tea coffee as well as a small fridge for storing drinks. No faults on the room or staff they were both fantastic.

The internet is VERY temperamental, one minute it’s working fine next minute it cuts out entirely and you have to restart everything on your phone again or laptop, although not the end of the world was extremely annoying when trying to ring family/ work using internet for it to always disconnect. In some instances I found using my 4G was quicker and more reliable, I don’t know if it’s because we was staying on the 16F (highest being 18) so the signal wasn’t as strong? But if this was the case I would’ve maybe asked in advance for a slightly lower room as it can be extremely annoying if your winding down for the day and can’t relax watching streaming services or calling family.

The staff of the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, making sure we got what we needed. They went out of their way to help us book the luggage delivery service to another accommodation, which didn’t have a reception (2 days later), so we could travel to Naoshima & Teshima luggage free. This review is especially for that kindest woman who helped us - thank you!

The hotel is in a quiet location, yet big department store, Loft Umeda, and many many restaurants along 阪急三番街 Hankyu Sanban Gai are just 5-6 min away. The nearest station, Nakatsu 中津, Exit 4 is only 3 mins away. This metro line takes you to Shinsaibashisuji in just 4 stops. The staff are super helpful. The rooms are bigger than other usual Japanese hotel rooms.

The location is great and it’s an excellent value for the money. The rooms are quite spacious considering it’s a business hotel and they usually have very small rooms. It’s close to the stations in Umeda and there are several convenience stores minutes away.

It doesn’t have much of a lobby and what they do have isn’t very comfortable, but that’s nothing important.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. Convenient to nice bars/restaurants and also 2 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Room was small but as expected in Japan. Hotel staff were always friendly and upbeat.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Almost like bean bags. Please invest and some better pillows!

Having paid so little I didn't think it was such a nice hotel, with a plentiful breakfast included in the price.The quality/price ratio is truly fantastic.

Regarding the hotel, no complaints. It's not exactly in the city centre but very close to the metro.

The room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the vending machines on each floor and especially the free filtered water on every floor.

The laundry room is open 24hrs, but there are only 4 machines for the entire hotel and one of the dryers was out of order during my stay so I ended up having to wait quite a while to dry my clothes.
