It’s central to Osaka city, with many shopping areas and connections. Even if it’s small, the room is practical in the sense that it makes full use of the space, even when the toilet is very small, no issues in that aspect. The food (breakfast) is really very nice and worth the cost (seems to better than some 4-5 star hotel breakfast).

Note that it’s near the fire station and some nights may have a sudden siren. It did not bother me but will for some people. There’s earplugs if that helps. Even though I mentioned that the room is practical, it is still very small and thus not suitable for long stays. I don’t like the “fridge”; it’s a cooler instead of a bar fridge.

Everything was nice: the staff at the check-in was helpful and the check-out is very easy to do by yourself. Near the entrance there are free amenities that you can take. Each room has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash clothes, a perfume spray for clothes, water and a small cooler fridge. There are different convience stores very close to the hotel and there is a metro station at a 5/10 minutes walking distance. It is a bit far though from the main tourist attractions, but it you're looking for peace and quiet I think it is perfect!

The rooms are a bit small, so if you have a big luggage be aware of it. Though it wasn't a big problem, the room was still very comfortable!

The location is very nice to catch metro station Nakatsuka exit 4 just 3min walking distance . As an Asian I found Indian restaurant Himalaya also close to 5min walking distance . Lawson & drug store just close to the hotel at only a few steps . Shopping mall Daimeru also 10 5min walking distance from the hotel .

The location is ideal, close to lots of train stations and convenience stores. The staff is super helpful, spoke English and we’re eager to do anything to accommodate us during our stay, and send our luggage to our next hotel.

It’s just across the street from a fire station, so I wouldn’t recommend this place to a light sleeper, as the sirens come and go off all night. I didn’t have any trouble sleeping, but the sirens made a lot of noise.

Everyone was friendly and the cleaner was very helpful as I accidently booked a smoker room and he provided me with airfresher. The room was always immaculate after the cleaner had left. The location is good and the hotel was clean.

The rooms are small, though I did not mind as I only went there to sleep.

Overall hotel was great and location was perfect! The only issue we had was with the thermostat and AC. The room temperature was always very hot and our AC unit would not stay on for longer than 15 minutes. Other than that we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. Thank you!

The room was very spacious and clean.

I was a little confused with the check-in process. I had already fully paid for the room prior to check-in; however had to line up at a vending machine to receive my key and also pay an additional 100yen tax. My recommendation would be to just put that additional tax in the price when ordering the room - it just seems a little embarrassing for the hotel to put their hand out for such an insignificant amount of tax on check-in. This laborious process has never occurred at any other hotel I have stayed at…. once again; a little embarrassing…..

I had the breakfast and needed to pay , which is no issue. It was delicious! The stay itself was great. It was about 10 min walk from the Osaka station which is close really. For the price I paid, I got my own private room. It had all the necessities. It was a great stay for me.

Reliably good hotel chain. Quiet. Calm. Much preferred this hotel than the bigger "resort" version.

(Dont go to Osaka. Entirely overrated destination and the Osaka railway station is a NIGHTMARE!) BUT ...if you have to go, stay here, as it is an oasis

Good location, subway station is 300 metres away. Nice restaurant next door. Supermarkets nearby.

Not all receptionists know English which is a problem in the city: stores, restaurants, subway stations. One comment in general, not directly for the hotel: Sightseeing bus is very strange, much more expensive than in Tokyo, badly organised.
