The room size and the facilities provided is very good. The Condominium is located within walking distance of Umeda station and Osaka station which is very good. There are a couple of 7/11 within one minute of walking distance of the Condominium which are open till late hours in the night.

The Condominium has an automated check-in process with checkin time of 4PM. Since there are no staff available, if one reaches early, they have to wait till 4pm to check-in as the machines do not accept any check-in before 4pm.

Very clean and well present

The only thing I am not really happy with is no contact number for reception for customer to call. So make me worry is what if anything happens and who should be calling plus the scale downstairs for customer to weight their luggage ran out of battery. I can’t call .

I very liked the location, close to the Umeda station, Osaka station and metro. The room was equipped with all necessary gear. Good value for money.

It was challenging to dry our laundry, but I found a coin laundry place very close to the Hotel so we managed it well. Washed in the room and took it to dry in the coin machine.

Location is good with several train/metro stations within 5 to 15 mins walk - and we loved the close proximity to Nakazakicho metro station. However, due to the very hot weather, the walk to the farther stations like JR Osaka station was not very comfortable. Room is quite comfortable for 3 people, and we liked the ability to segregate one of the double beds into a separate room (via sliding doors). The kitchen/fridge/microwave was useful to have, as well as the dining table with 4 chairs. We also loved having the washing machine in the room and the ability to heat-dry the clothes in the bathroom. I also liked that a long shoe horn is provided near the door. The apartment operators were very responsive to my messages sent on booking.com app, and were able to address my query/request promptly each time.

The couch/sofa-bed, when setup as a couch, is not so comfortable to sit/lean on. There's no power socket near the table - which would have been useful for charging our laptops when we are using them at the table. We spent 6 nights in the apartment, and would have preferred that 2 full sets of towels are provided for each occupant up-front. We tried the towel exchange service, but it required us to put out the used towels by noon, and get back a fresh set only by evening of same day - which means there's a gap of several hours on that day where we don't have enough towels.

The space was very clean and easy to navigate to. I loved that we had a proper table and sofa for sitting and resting and also a bed. Checking-in was very fuss-free and easy. The neighbourbood is quiet and the entire stay was enjoyable. They also have luggage storage with the space and it's very near to convenience stores and supermarkets.

We didn't know how to discard trash or request for trash removal - there were no instructions on that and our garbage bin was full. We could contact the staff through the QR codes in the room! The bed was a bit hard, but there were a lot of pillows so that definitely helped.

Location is great. Room is same with the photo and large. Light is good. The power socket location is great. Customer usually reply on time.

There is the bad smoking in the bathroom. May noising because the up floor moving.

Clean, big and spacious. All the necessary stuffs like washing machine, microwave, stove, utensils are all in.

The fridge seems not be working well this time for the apartment. Hope Bon have a space with secure locked for luggages.

The layout and size of the apartment were good and spacious and very well appointed. The shower and laundry facilities were great. There was plenty of linen for the week. The bed was comfortable. The location was relatively central to Osaka & Umeda stations and took no more than 10 minutes to walk to these stations. Supermarket & local convenience shops were all very close to the apartment.

The lounge chairs were not comfortable as they were also used as pull out beds. Kitchen utensils were very limited, with one large blunt knife supplied. The air conditioner struggled to keep the room warm. This was made difficult with cold air coming in via the stove rangehood and a vent below the a/c evaporator.

The location was an easy walk from the Osaka-Umeda station, with restaurants, cafes, and shopping close by. The unit was comfortable, with a small dining table and living space. The bedroom area was tight, with doors that, when closed, created a dark and quieter sleeping environment.

One of the reasons we chose the unit is for the balcony which had great views, but no furniture. Having a couple of chairs and a small table would have been wonderful. In addition, there was a small futon in the living space. Something a little bigger and more comfortable would have made the unit and our stay even better!

Good location and value, 10-15 min walk to train stations, larger than most accommodations in Osaka. Good for longer stays as it has a washer, basic kitchen amenities. Liked to partitioned bedroom and bathroom drying feature. Several convenience stores nearby. Responsive “virtual” staff. Great value!

Unmanned hotel. We had several issues with our washer, door lock and a broken chair. They were responsive to all our inquiries though only remedied the chair. The washer wouldn’t complete a full cycle without erroring and required manual adjustments. The door lock was very glitchy and would lock us out for several minutes.
