This is an okay, pretty bare-bones place. You're not too far from a metro station. Obviously, the price is competitive.

Check-in hours were quite limited, and while they are updated on a piece of paper at reception, they are not properly reflected on Booking.com. In addition, staff wants to share information verbally, but rather than print out and point to information in English (or other languages), the receptionist spoke through a mask in Japanese into his phone app bit by bit. He often had to repeat himself. This was quite a waste of my time.

It felt like home. There was a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a water kettle, a washing sink and laundry facilities (coin operated). So everything you need for a week or two of comfortable stay. Bath gel and shampoo in big bottles. There were good supermarkets nearby to buy food and drinks to eat in room. And also restaurants. A short walk to Nakatsu Metro station.

I think they should change the bath towel after 3 days.

Location was great, about 15 mins walking distance from Umeda and 7 minutes from Nakatsu Station. It was also comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff member at reception was really nice.

The aircon needs a good clean

Spacious, clean and exceptional value for money. The staff took extra effort to make sure we understood all explanations despite the slight language barrier. The inclusion of an in room kitchenette as well as shared washing and drying machine for this price is awesome. Convenience store and supermarket close by.

There was no available kitchen equipment despite there being a stove top.

The staff were amazing! I felt like at home, such a kind and open people, that helped me with all of my questions and needs 😇 And they knew that I’m an Ukrainian, so they were translating everything for me in Ukrainian, it was so cute and kind 🥰 I loved my stay there, it was near to center and at calm district at the same time 👌🏻

It was quite place and simple hotel, and the owner was so kind and she was explained it in english. So we can understand easily.

The aircondition was so noisy, and sometimes it's was automatically stop. Then i changed the cover of the blanket and i was so shock because it was so dirty inside. I think it is a stain. The toilet was so noisy when you flush it. No bidget.

Excellent value, large room at the top floor. Basically it is an apartment. Very friendly owner/receptionist who explained things by means of google translate. Your door key is also the key to the entrance. Bed a bit soft as in most Japanese hotels. About a 15 min walk to Hankyu Umeda. Just follow the elevated highway (Natl. route no. 1). En route a Lawson and at least two 7-11s, one about 3 min. walk from the hotel.

Nothing, this is my honest review because they deserve it. Maybe they can provide room cleaning at least once a week and the is a way to call staff by mobile app in case of emergency, they should adapt with internet technology and at least have email address or line id because not all foreigners have sim card to make a call, many of them only have access to the internet. That is just idea for improvement

Excellent location, 15 min walk to Umeda Stn. Quiet despite proximity to elevated highway. Use google translate or similar to communicate with staff. Second stay here.

For first time visitors maybe not so easy to locate due to very small hotel sign.

Really good apartment. A bit old-ish but everything is clean and well maintained. 15min walk from Umeda Station and 6min walk to Nakatsu station. Really accessible. I really recommend for short and long stays.

The bathroom is a bit small but it's a typical Japanese bathroom. Fully functional and clean.
