The hotel is located in a good area, with easy access to the means of transport. The room was very clean, equipped with everything needed, and at the reception, cosmetic and daily use products (brush and toothpaste, tonic lotion, creams, etc.) were made available to customers free of charge.

The breakfast is specifically Japanese with rice, soups, meatballs, Japanese omelette etc. It was not to my taste, but my partner liked it.

The room was great. Pretty big for the price and there was a city view from our window. I liked that there is space under the bed to use for suitcase storage, which creates more space in the room. Location is great because it's quiet, but if you want to explore and try delicious cafes/restaurants, it's within walking distance. And you can hop on a train to get to all the popular attractions. Checkout process was quick and easy. Staff was very nice and offered to store our luggage.

I was impressed with the hospitality of the staff at the front-desk as well as other staff at the hotel. The breakfast buffet does not have much variety and the hotel Wifi was poor but overall, I'm extremely pleased with my stay and highly recommend Toyoko Inn Osaka.

The main flaw about Toyoko Inn Osaka was the Hotel Wifi was weak throughout the day so I could not upload videos or do any work. A much lesser issue - the Hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest Osaka Metro stop Tenjimbashisuji 6-chome Station. So if you have heavy luggage, it's quiet a trek from getting off the train to the Hotel. There's unfortunately no shuttle service to the hotel.

Everything was good, the check in went well, the staff were friendly, I arrived early, they were able to store my luggage till I checked in later on . The room was clean and also came with a fridge, which was very handy.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, a little firm , but I managed. I know I am in Japan, and it is a typical Japanese breakfast, but to me it was not very good, the things on offer I wasn't fond off, such as a chicken type stew also soup, yes in the morning, this is what the Japanese people must have for breakfast!!.

To be honest, the best memory of the hotel and its location will be the Ramen shop a couple meters down the street. It's one of the best ramen I ever ate, and having to wait in line at night was acceptable for the very cosy feeling and the amazing food.

The breakfast is very "no nonsense" meaning that it's very limited in options and very industrial. Since most of the options were probably local foods, we had difficulty to really enjoy it, so we kept it to a minimum after the first try, just to make sure we don't leave the hotel on an empty stomach in the morning.

Good location, nice staff, quick check in and out with a machine, breakfast available, partial city view from the room. Many free toiletries in the lobby.

The room and bathroom weren’t very spacious. New towels were delivered outside the door every day even if we didn’t need them, while no one would enter the room to clean in less than 3 days. Breakfast ended at 9am which is much much too early, but the breakfast didn’t include anything that international guests might enjoy. There was no butter available, no fruit, no juice, and we had to ask for salt.

Toyoko Inns are all built around the same model. The rooms are identical from one hotel to the next. You know exactly what to expect. The staff are courteous and helpful. The included breakfast is very good. The hotels are clean and very well maintained. We stay at Toyoko Inns a lot.

As with all Toyoko Inns, the beds are quite firm. Perhaps this is normal for Japanese people. Some westerners might find the beds too firm. Getting to this particular property takes a good knowledge of the Osaka subway system. Tenjinbashi Subway station is only 400m up the street but you need to be prepared to travel crowded trains and climb stairs to get out of the subway. This property is not close to either Osaka Station or Shin-Osaka Station. Its location is not ideal for novice tourists traveling by train with large bags.

Location was good, not too far of a walk from the subway. Staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. Bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean and tidy.

The wifi was quite poor unfortunately. The aircon made a weird noise all night which was distracting. Breakfast was not great to be honest, not much to choose from and there's not even milk for your coffee - but it is what it is.

Good value, nice breakfast, good facilities and cleaning service. Definitely worth the money.

Despite being a nonsmoking room, I smelled smoke either from ventilation or due to the room being a smoking room in the past. The bathroom was dated and small. Checkout was early and keycards are disabled before the stated time, so I wasn't able to do a last check of my room.

It was clean, staff were very friendly. They have laundry machine and dry machine. Free breakfast. Wifi is strong. They bring fresh new towels everyday, Room has heating and air conditioning and an air filter. They have lots of free amedities in the lobby.

Seems like a no issue but the single pillows they have, has near 0 cussion. Basically, its the same if there were no pillow.
