Our stay at the hotel was very nice. It was very clean and the spa bath in your own room is just amazing after a long day but beware if you're tall. Bathtubs in japan are generally on the smaller side and my boyfriend is 1.90m so he struggled a bit but managed to deal with it. The bed was pretty hard but after trying multiple hotels in japan i can confirm they are always quite hard. The onsen was also quite nice though a lot louder (due to water flowing) than i thought. Women and men are separated and both onsens have the same interior. There is one hot bath, a whirlpool, a sauna and a washing area where you wash yourself before entering any of the baths or the sauna. Eventhough the information on the website suggests that there is only a sauna for men, there is also one for women. Also: mind that when you enter the changing area, you first take off your shoes and put them in a locker, than you go to the next room and put your clothes in another locker. Once naked or in a towel/bathrobe you take the stairs and go up to the baths and enter naked. Be also aware to wear a towel on your head. Its not a rule i think, but all japanese women did it and i felt weird not to^^. My boyfriend also informed me that he had to wear a boxershort of some sort to wear before he enters the bath room. Another plus for us was the tully's café which is on the ground floor of the hotel. It even had vegan coffee (oatmilk and vegan whipped cream!) There are also two vegan dishes, but I can only recommend the lasagne. It's expensive and a small portion but as a vegan I was pretty happy to be able to eat a lasagne^^.

The tapestry was a bit torn from the wall at one spot. Also, my boyfriend said that he wasnt intructed on how to behave in the onsen, while i was. Since there a few important rules, stafd should try to at least give out laminated information leaflets or so. Other than that we have nothing to complain.

The room is quiet, spacious for a room in a big city. Community mall opposite the hotels have multiple selections of food but they don't open later than 11 pm. The bath inside the room is the best thing because you can switch the to mineral water or tap water. The room has a fire exit down below the window where you can escape outside and get out of the building from a secure balcony. The Fukushima JR is right next to the hotel (loop line). Love everything! Shared onsen opens from 10 am to 10 pm so I didnt get a chance to experience since I went out early and come back late. LOL!!! They don't allow people of ink to the shared onsen. 3 minimarts outside the hotels 7-11, Lawsons and other I can't recall.

The location of the hotel is just opposite of the JR Fukushima station. The station itself is also only 1 station away from Osaka station, making it convenient to travel around. You can leave the luggages at the hotel before your check-in time and also after you check-out. The check out time of this hotel is at noon which gives you like 2 extra hours compared to other hotels in general. There is onsen water from the tap to soak in the tub in the bathroom in the room, so it would be more comfortable for people who prefer to soak privately. While the hotel uses self check-in machine system, there are staffs who would help you to finish the process, so it's not too hard to do.

The location was great, literally opposite Fukushima station, which is 1 stop away from JR Umeda, and is an easy 15 minute walk if you prefer a good stroll through the amazing underground world. The hotel is spacious, and easy for us (a family of 5) to move around with comfort. Amenities are clean and beds are comfortable. Great facilities as well, including a men & women spa, but in-room onsen water is also a great way to unwind after a long way of walking. There are many convenient stores around, with great choices of cheap eateries from ramen and gyoza to places for a quick set meal. Noted that they have rooms with tatami set up instead of beds, which we'd like to try next time. All up, very happy and would certainly be staying here again when we are back in Osaka.

TV services like YouTube could be included, where here we have to pay for this. Not a major issue, but would have been nice as other hotels we've stayed at that were cheaper had these included (good to keep kids entertained as you plan your next day)

This is a pretty standard "international style" hotel, although by Japan standards, the room was a decent size. It was quite fun having the spa water in the room (it's rare to have a bathtub in Japan). The main hotel onsen was also nice, but know that you have to pay extra for it. Awesome view from my 23rd floor window. Location near to subway and was useful and many places to eat nearby. Walking distance to the main station and convenient locations for bus transfer to the airport. Also lots of close convenience stores for buying breakfast on the run.

The ventilation in my room didn't work so every morning my window was completely steamed up. I mentioned to the hotel staff several times but it wasn't fixed during my stay. This was just a minor inconvenience though (not enough for me to want to change rooms). Breakfast wasn't included in my room rate; I tried it one day but didn't repeat because for the price (over 2000 yen) it wasn't good value (a buffet, but not a particularly impressive one).

Hotel was nearby lots of yummy restaurants and convenience stores. Room was a good size for Japan! There is hot spring water in your room (600 yen charge whether you use it or not) The breakfast area had a great view of the city and an outdoor portion.

The building is nice on the outside but old in the room. Furniture inside looked worn. The water was dangerously hot in the bathroom sink...it melted my retainer. Burnt my hand as well. The handles were difficult to turn on and off so it also leaks. The bed was so hard...like sleeping on blocks. The pillow also had uncomfortable rock like beads in them. For the price, they offered no amenities such a cocktail hour or snacks, etc. Other hotels at a similar price point offered this service. Food options for vegetarian/vegan were very limited in the breakfast

Simply this the best hotel you can stay in in Osaka, This is my second experience with them and I really love this hotel, The have an exchange machine so you don’t need to find a money exchange server elsewhere, The have a courier service so that you can send you luggage easily to any other city and the price is so cheap, The breakfast is nice and the staff in every team in the hotel are so nice, There is a coffee shop/restaurant in the hotel itself, There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, Fukushima Station is laterally 2 min away from the hotel, you need only to cross the street, They care about baby’s so it is a prefect hotel for families, I would describe it as the best experience ever and I would love to say thank you to everyone.

We stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka for 9 nights our room was massive and had it's own entrance way, the room was also very clean and had a very nice view of the umeda sky building. Checking in and Checking out was very easy and Hotel Hanshin is only a 30 second to 1 minute walk from JR Fukushima Station which is really convenient.

We didn't like the bathroom, in particular the shower and bath, the shower is annoying to use as it doesn't have a joint to tilt the shower head down, the bath also had mold growing underneath where the soap dispensers are. We also didn't like compared to other hotels we stayed in hotel hanshin didn't have a coin operated laundry instead they opt for a paid laundry service, the price of which is pretty expensive. At check out the staff tried to charge me for a laundry service I didn't use.

I asked for a high floor with a city view and I was able to get a room on the 19th floor with a good view of the city.
