The rooms were spacious, well-decorated with enough amenities as expected from a 5* hotel. The check-in and check-out processes went really smooth and fast. The staff were always helpful and available. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast hall looks to be small for the hotel at high seasons. The variety of bread also can be improved.

Westin is one of our favourite hotels and Westin Osaka did not disappoint. Location was great for us - walking distance to the train station but away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet area with some great, smaller restaurants. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable

The bed is super comfortable. Had very good sleep throughout our stay. Room is also very big and comfortable.

When planning our trip, we came across two very different reviews of the Osaka Westin Hotel. Fortunately, after staying there, our whole family was very impressed with the hotel. I personally would rate it much higher than expected. Some of the hotel's facilities may be a bit dated but are generally well maintained. All the staff were professional, reliable, friendly, and warm, which made things much easier for us, especially since we were traveling with an elderly family member with limited mobility—something we greatly appreciated. The hotel environment and atmosphere strive for perfection. For us, the large room size was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The small garden next to the restaurant left a strong impression on me, and the breakfast pleased both the elderly and children, making it a very important and valuable experience.

There was a bedside lamp in the room that couldn’t be turned off due to a fault, but fortunately, staff quickly arrived after receiving our call and fixed the problem.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city right next to the Umeda Sky building. We were given one of the top floor rooms and the night view was just awesome. Rooms are really large and beds super comfy. Love their recyclable metal water bottles.

We had already stayed two days earlier as part of a group tour. At that time we had the buffet breakfast. The spread was good but had restricted local vegetarian options. No coffee machine and the coffee brought to the table was nothing to write home about

There’s full facilities which is fantastic. Especially the toilet, there are 2 areas, one for wet and one for dry. Also like that there’s newspapers for international travelers.

The room looks dated and not modernized.

The Westin is Osaka is an amazing hotel of an incredibly high standard. The rooms are extremely comfortable and we had a large bathroom (may vary for other rooms). We were in a Deluxe room on a high floor with beautiful views over the city. The reception, lobby lounge and breakfast restaurant are all stunning! Service was flawless - every staff member we encountered were exceptional. Highly recommend!!!!

Very small thing, but the hotel is located 15mins walk from Osaka station, but we didn’t mind the walk at all and the hotel does offer regular (every 30mins) shuttles to the station during the day so that definitely helps! However, the hotel is in a nice high end part of the city. My son was a little disappointed that kids cannot use the pool at the hotel, but that is common in Japan, I understand.
