Great place to stay in Sapporo, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Stayed here for 4 nights and I would totally stay here again if I were to come back to Sapporo, would recommend.

The check-in process was slightly annoying when I copy pasted the address given from the messages it was a different address than the one directly on booking .com. We went to the address from the messages and it was the wrong one, so not exactly sure what that address was. Thankfully it was only 5 minute walk away from the actual address.

It's very much a Japanese apartment which is honestly huge for what I needed but honestly so much for such a good price. Relatively central to town, short walk to some of the most popular spots of Sapporo. Hosts are generally very nice, although you'll never actually meet them. Maintenance guy I met was very pleasant, helped me get a new kettle because the one there wasn't working. Quite a lot on offer including a washer and full kitchen to make your own food.

A lot of random electronics just either don't work or don't do anything, mainly the kettle, fan and the bathroom dryer, I never really raised this though as I wasn't there long enough for it to be issue. The microwave isn't really a microwave and doesn't really heat anything. Big rule book in the apartment, gives big AirBnb vibes which is a lot of the reason I don't use AirBnB, however to be fair it also does contain a lot of useful information.

We had a loft room on the first floor. It was very comfortable that the kitchen and bedroom were separated. The location was very good, we could visit most of the places by walking.

The air conditioning was the only way to make the room warm, the air got dry too easily. And we couldn’t turn on the air conditioner at night cause it was too noisy so we had to wake up in a super cold room.

a littl ewalk from Susukino, but it was safe. kitchen, TV, washing machine worked good. Exactly as listed, very good.

Steep stairs to property, wetty time it will be slippery. Apartment entrance water overflow. Steel loft stairs.

Great value for money. Location is bit far from susukino… but the money you save at this accommodation , you can take taxi every day.

If your room located on second floor, the stairs are so steep and narrow. It’s is very hard to bring up and down your luggage. We booked for 3 people but only two sets of towels.

Authentic feel for what it would be like to live in a Japanese apartment. It’s really nice, with cooking facilities, washing machine and nice bathroom.

Uncomfortable queen size bed in a cramped area upstairs. Would have preferred two singles. Location was a also a little out the way.

The location is amazing, and you pretty much have your own apartment and it's cheaper than a hotel. Recommended.

Thicker mattresses could be nice, but it's already fine with what you get.

The room was so cozy and this place is close to downtown. It might be complex when you arrive here, but you'll be used to it soon. There are two beds at upstairs, so it will be great to be there for friends and couples.

The apt was nice but location wise is a bit off. More the less with the price it is still worth it for every penny.

The stair is stiff and narrow

It has everything you need, including a microwave and washing machine. Location is pretty central.

The mattress becomes uncomfortable after a while.
