It was situated very near Sapporo city centre (1km away from Odori Park), and having bus stops nearby really helped get around once we familiarised with the location. The check-in process, though a bit complex, was swift once you have fulfilled all that was needed. You have to fill in all your guest details with your passport prior to actually checking in via the tablet at the unit. Lady who came to clean the units were helpful in taking out the trash once I asked her personally.

Bit cramp as my family brought a lot of luggage. Unclear on how to throw away trash.

I like that it was small and cosy but was still big enough for everyone to have their own privacy. I like that the location was quiet.

How small the shower was and the sink was too small for a few people to share at once. Not enough shelf space and lighting was strange in the mirror. The check in quite was confusing.

The room accommodates up-to 6 beds, size is pretty good, it has a seperate couch TV area, kitchen, laundry. Every thing is quite new. Very important the room offers two toilets and two bathrooms which is super convenient for family stay.

There is no dryer, and the washing machine doesn’t dry cloths. It’s about 10-15mins to the Susukino station.

Location is ok. Near to convenient store secromart. Slightly away from restaurants.
