A fairly new hotel in a good location, a short walk from the nearest subway station. The Susukino district is also within a walking distance. The hotel is next to a busy intersection but there was no noise from the road or elsewhere in the room. The breakfast is a nice change from the usual buffets - instead, you select a breakfast from a short list on the previous evening. The choices are mostly toasts and sandwiches, and you can have them in the hotel cafe or delivered to your room. The bed was also comfortable and the room had sufficient space for a solo traveler. Air conditioning was fine and not loud.

While cleanliness was generally fine, there was some dust build-up on walls and surfaces, and the window was very dirty. I found the pillow too hard. The room, as well as the hallways, are rather dimly lit.

Clean modern room; not far from airport bus stop; wide range of amenities both basic and non-basic (facial skincare, garment steamer, cutlery, shared microwave, umbrellas, bicycles, nail clippers etc.)-- felt like I could show up with minimal luggage; competitive price even with a sauna; complimentary ice lollies; complimentary one bowl of ramen per person per night; each room floor is only accessible with a room card from that floor when taking the lift

The hotel is on a street that gets pretty dark at night; limited power sockets (there are quite a few in the room but only one usb charging port and one japanese power socket by the bed, the others are behind the TV, by the sink, and close to the floor; could not charge my laptop comfortably while working at the desk); sometimes sirens from the road can be heard inside the room late at night; some front desk staff did not speak/understand much English (especially later in the night, but they could generally understand my needs through gestures/translated text)

we had an amazing stay here! The hotel personnel was really friendly from the beginning till end of our stay and even helped us with recommendations around the city. the room was small but very comfortable, and it was nice that we could regulate the temperature in the room very precisely. you could choose between 4 different breakfast meals, which were al quite affordable and excellent. Everything is very walkable from the hotel, which was nice in the cold weather. I would definitely go back!

everything was perfect

The staff were super helpful. I thought there was parking, but it was full so they directed me to a paid station, but I wasn't sure how it worked, so the young man went and checked I'd done everything correctly. Now that's customer service. They also have me great advice on visiting Sapporo Museum and where to eat. The bed was very comfortable, probably the most comfy bed I've had in 3 weeks in Japan this trip. The shower pressure was great, the towels big and fluffy, and the room clean and well lit. You can't ask for anything more.

Nothing, all good or great.

I was here almost 20 days, and I would stay again. location was pretty good, 5 min walk to the city center, but without all the noise. staff is pretty friendly. the room is bigger than other hotels with similar price, and there's free ramen every night (which is pretty good! it's not big enough so i wouldn't rely on that for dinner, but it's a great snack before going to bed)

lights in the room were a bit dim, i'd appreciate if there would have been more brightness.

Close to the station and a bit further away from the loud areas of the district. Room is well equipped.

Carpet in the room was visibly dirty.

Near Hosui Sukino Station (3min walk) that’s linked directly to Oodori Station and Sapporo Station. The room space is comfortable for solo traveler with small luggage ^^ Never tried the sauna but you can enjoy free mini ice candy after it and from 9:00PM until 11:00PM you can enjoy delicious free miso ramen snack (small portion) at the cafe. The breakfast (need to booked in advance) is small but good with a salad bar, a drink bar, and a course you choose between four choices (the French toast was delicious ^^) There’s a laundry and microwave too. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were kind and could speak English well ^^

The room was incredible! Stylish, clean and quite big. The hotel in it‘s entirety was very clean and felt brand new. Staff was very friendly too. I didn‘t opt for the Breakfast option because from what I saw there were only 3 or 4 different Sandwiches and coffee to choose from, nothing else. There is a convenience store right around the corner so I just bought my breakfast every evening before I went back to the hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and that was honestly too short to see everything Sapporo had to offer. There’s also a large sauna which you can use free of charge or you can rent a small private Sauna for two people for 4000 yen. This hotel contributed a lot to making this Sapporo trip the highlight of my stay in Japan.

Needs more breakfast options

This is really a gem hotel, I'm not going to lie. The location is great. It's not located in the busy and crowded centre but offers you walking distance to basically everything: the shopping centre, karaoke, and, of course, the convenience stores. The hotel itself has comfy and clean rooms. You can't expect a big hotel room in Japan...but I love small rooms and I really don't feel this one is too small. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond in helping me find a way to book a soccer game ticket. Overall, I really love this hotel, can't think of a single bad thing about it. If I ever come to Sapporo to visit again, I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. Oh, just one thing: if you are going to use the laundry on the 13th floor, get prepared to wait for people to finish it...because there are only three laundry machines there.

Rooms were great, no issues at all. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, functional bathroom. We also made use of the laundry room (coin operated with change machine at reception). Staff were excellent. They helped us book a spot on a shuttle bus to our next stay. Everything from the comforts to the attitude of staff here are easily at the level of hospitality Japan is known for. Also for $79 a night. Huge value. Would easily be 200+ a night in Australia just for the room, not counting the extras. P.S there is another review by some insane lady giving this place 1/5 because she found dust on the windows. There's no pleasing these type of idiots.
