While this is a business hotel, it's quite a shiny and swanky one! The rooms were generous in size for a business hotel, and well set up with outlets and other amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with quite a lot of options, and the public baths on the first floor were lovely. I appreciated that they had easy to use laundry, vending machines, and a coffee station as well.

While very responsive overall, the staff could have been clearer about the separate key card for the women's bath. There were also some cases where more English signage would have been nice for those who don't read Japanese.

The staff was great. We felt well cared for during our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Although it was small by western standards, it was more than adequate. Also, the location was convenient as it is close to shops and restaurants.

Just got back from Hotel Route Inn Shikokuchuo and loved it! The onsen was perfect after long days out, and they even provided great beauty products to use. Breakfast was a real highlight - so many tasty options to choose from, all super fresh. Definitely worth staying here if you're in the area!

A superbly appointed, new hotel with a great public bath. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the included buffet breakfast had an extensive selection. Located near restaurants and a supermarket, it was perfect for us as walking Henro.

Location is quite good as it is within walking distance to a few restaurants, drugstore n supermarket. Staff are helpful n friendly. Breakfast is included in room price n offers a good selection of food items.

Room is very very small. So is the bathroom. However, I understand that this is the norm of Japanese room size. So no complaint here.

New building. Easy check in. Super clean and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable short term stay. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection to quality. Would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

A little far from major train stations if needed.

New comfortable hotel. Convenient if you come by car . Many groups, can get crowded durung breakfast or in hot spring.
