A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, we liked the modern design or the room. The breakfast was great. The public bath was also very enjoyable. In terms of location, it gave easy access to tea fields and tea museum by car. We could even see Mt Fuji from the bathroom window!

Room isolation is not the best. Although most of the time it was quiet, one night there was a family with children just next to our room and we couldn’t sleep because of noise until midnight.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are very good value. The staff, particularly kitchen staff, are very kind. The onsen is gorgeous. I think it's cool that the dining area doubles as a manga library. My room had a bunk bed which was whimsical and fun. It's hard to find a three bed hotel room so this was great. I also liked that there was free hotel parking. It's a great place to stop by on your way to Mt. Fuji.

The breakfast setup is kind of awkward because it seems like the space is limited and the tables are shared with other people. The breakfast options are also kind of limited but I understand because it's more of a business style hotel so it's fine! I would still definitely stay here again!

It’s new and modern. It has everything you need, including refrigerator and electric water pot. Parking was free; breakfast was nice.

I had a nice room on the top floor, across from the elevator and on the highway side, but the room was hot. Opening the window allowed a lot of road noise in, but closing it decreased the noise by 80 per cent. Good solid windows. Also, I could hear the talking in the hallway by the elevators. I am tall and the futon cover was a bit small for me.

helpful staff attentive to guest needs (thank you 😊). i had a nice room with a confortable double bed and private bathroom at a very reasonable price (!) away from elevators and noise from people traffic it was the perfect room to recharge my batteries and continue my cycling route the next day. I was even able to borrow a sewing kit to shorten the straps of my dress 🤗 they had thread in the exact same red that i needed!

We really enjoyed this stay in our trip. Clean and comfortable! Staff was great and helpful. Parking was easy, free and at the hotel door step. Onsen bath was clean with good amenities. Shared eating space in the lobby was also a library decked with manga comics. It was very unique!

Food. Breakfast did not quite meet my expectations. Especially after our meals at Hotel Monterey Ginza.

We had a beautiful view of the rice fields and mountains from our room. The bathroom and amenities were great! Room was spacious enough and it was great value. Staff were friendly and helpful, the check in/out process was also seamless.

The bed was uncomfortable and the walls are thin so be prepared to hear your neighbours. Overall it is accommodation for the affordability.

The community bath was pretty decent. I enjoyed the thunderstorm. free coffee in the morning The tiny smoking area was really unique.

breakfast was sub standard and had funny tastes. The park we drove to was hard to get to and rather sparse. The super market did not open early enough. need a bigger ice machine

Window is behind the bathroom, feel almost no window in the good. Good side is room is dark when shades are closed

Very clean. Their one room one person is very nice and just big enough for everything. Location wise near to the expressway so will be very for those are driving. Car park plenty of space.
