Need 19-20 mins of walk from Shizuoka station, but if you are a fan of walking then that will be no problem Usage time of private onsen is divided between female and male guests, hopefully longer time for female guests will be provided No idea how to switch the AC inside room into 冷房, it only provides 暖房 - fortunately it rained at night during my 5-night stays

The room is clean, and there is a public Sento which alternates between men and women if you don't want to use the room's private bathroom. There is also a drink machine below that provides free coffee and soft drinks.

Our room was located near the emergency exit and the emergency door was always open and can be accessed from the outside and other floors. It reduced the sense of security, but our room door can be latched so it was fine.

Breakfast was delicious - drink dispenser with big selection all day long - lots of amenities - rooms were clean and neat - located in walking distance to main station and very close to city centre, convenience stores etc. - small but nice onsen free to use

Room and especially bathroom were quite small, but it was still alright - bathing times for women were very limited and kind of inconvenient

The hotel looks new and stylish. it’s in the centre of Shizuoka city. The onsen is small, but nice. Made with new materials and with a beautiful green wall in front of the bathtub. Also during the breakfast the staff (a chef?) in the kitchen was extremely nice and he could speak English. He kindly explained us all about the dishes and recommended the best one - tonkatsu. All the food was very delicious! I’d like to come again someday.

I didn’t like that they had parking, but we couldn’t use it as it was fully packed by the time our family arrived. I was searching the hotel with filter “parking” and this option looked the best among others in the list. But if I knew in advance parking spot should be reserved or that I need to take an action to take like coming earlier to take a vacant spot, it would make my life much easier.

Staff were very helpful and went out of the way to help us. Room was an okay size for it's price.

The distance from the station would be further than you think it is from Google maps, especially when you are carrying luggage. Another thing is that the information on the TV in the room was not updated and can provide misleading information. The onsen smelled of chlorine, hence after the first try, we did not go back. Additionally, as it is shared, there is allocated time for each gender. There was also a light switch that was spoilt.

Wonderful staff. Convenient location. Very modern and clean. Loved amenities like lockers and towel and robes. Very well designed. Loved the check in and check out system. English speaking and kind staff.

Onsen hours favored men. More time for them. 3 times option for men and 2 times for women

Everything was good can’t complain at all room was small but it was just fine hotels in Japan tends to have rather small rooms

The room isnt fully renovated. There is paper tape mounted on wall to cover the old tv mount mark. Not affecting the functionality but not too nice to see

Check-in, check-out is super easy and fast (with a machine, english available). Hot drinks, juice self-service and free. Super close to the center with lots of restaurants and cafés.

Too bad that there is only one onsen... There are times for women (6am-9am ; 5:45pm-9:30pm for example) and times for men. The breakfast seems a bit expensive (1500¥ if I remember well) for a buffet. I did not tried it though so maybe it worse it .

Free drinks were awesome !! We came from tokyo and we have walked for a while under the sun so when we arrived that cup of Coca Cola was such a relieve, everything was clean and staff was kind
