I liked Town hotel for it's location. It was right near downtown where all the activity is. And it was very easy to walk to from the station. I spent an evening there meeting friends so it was really easy to get back to the hotel afterward.

It wasn't a big deal to me since I wanted to be in a busier part of town, but it is not exactly secluded. It is right in the middle of bars and restaurants and there were very many people walking around and having fun during the nightlife hours. I wouldn't say this is a negative, just something to consider if you want something more quaint and removed.

The hotel was lovely. A nice clean room and quiet for sleeping. We liked having the breakfast included and the clientele seemed business oriented.

The street this hotel is on seemed a little more spicy than the surrounding area but the hotel seemed safe and was very nice. We went to two places for dinner. The first did not serve us (the man behind the counter looked at us several times but didn’t come to the takeout window despite making eye contact). The second charged us more than the menu stated. We didn’t argue but paid and won’t be going back. Not a reflection on the hotel per se but the neighbourhood.

The hotel is located in the heart of the bustling area north of Shizuoka Station. It is a very good location. They offer free drinks.

Not much.. Only one thing.. The room size is on the small side for a double room. I think it is similar in size to a single room at other hotels.

Room was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the Wi-Fi works fine. There was a free breakfast service, which was nice for the amount of money we paid. There's also a water dispenser on the lobby for free.

The distance to the JR Shizuoka station was moderate (around 5~10 minutes walk). The location is near the night-life part of Shizuoka, so it might seem scary if you travel by yourself. Other than that, no complaint at all.

Can't speak to breakfast, as I had to check out at 6 am, before breakfast offered at 7am. The room is very small, but very smartly laid out, and for my purposes, it was a great value, near Shizuoka Station.

Too heavy a blanket for the warm weather.

Location in comparison to station was great and walkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a selection of pastries and soups that made for a nice breakfast. Variety of room consumables were a nice touch.

I like the ambiance and service of the hotel.

The hotel is presentable. And, I'm good to choose their service because the place give you quiet and peaceful environment that everyone wants.

The above-average business hotel in the heart of the entertainment district of Shizuoka-city. Note that because of the location, they appear to be strict about having outside visitors.

The staff are very nice. Since the check in time start from 4pm, I arrived earlier but they still let me to check in earlier. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Good location I stored my luggage before check in and they put it in my room Free breakfast (consists only of several kinds of bread but it´s good enough)
