I liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to the station and a store I wanted to visit. The amount of space available in the room was also better than what I typically get in Tokyo in an APA hotel. The staff is really great on this hotel. Check in and Check out was a quick and painless process.

The rooms are a little dated but work. The breakfast was also a little lackluster but it was my personal opinion because I am not used to Japanese breakfast. I at more than half my plate before checking out and got something else in a konbini.

- It is not so far away from the train station - even on feet okay. - The room has every necessary furniture and quite spacious. Also for 2 people okay. - The stuff is kind - but English is just through phone speech-translation. :) - Check out at 11:00 o'clock.

- It is more of an Inn, not a hotel - so just don't assume luxury and it is okay for a couple of nights on a lower budget. - We are getting closer to Tokio - more tourists (mostly Asian) - wow... the Chinese are sooo loud in comparison to the very quiet Japanese. Some were like shouting throughout the breakfast... Very annoying. - No lockerroom for suitcases.

Excellent position, short walk away from the station. The staff is welcoming, professional and very competent in speaking English. Breakfast was good and abundant in quantity. I was offered to leave my luggage after the checkout time so I could enjoy the city and pick it up before departing. Two water bottles were included each day with every pack of fresh bathroom towels.

The hotel is very close to Shizuoka Station! The staff was very friendly and helpful:) We stayed on one of the higher floors and the view was very beautiful😍 At morning, there is a traditional Japanese breakfast. Our room was also quite big for Japanese standards. Overall, we had a great stay and we would definitely recommend the hotel, especially when considering the price🥰

I enjoyed staying at this hotel as I had everything that I needed at my disposal. Amenities could be found in the hotel lobby, washing machine at the second floor and nice personnel that took care of cleaning my room 😁 Many train/subway stations were at a walking distance and that simplified my trips a lot. Akihabara is just 15 mins away by 👣

Clean room, quite big for Japanese standards, several facilities: towels, shampoo, body soup, Hair dryer , slippers,conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrush. In the reception you can get a body sponge. Happy to have stayed there! Breakfast is very humble and it was included in the booking but I wouldn't pay for it because it's quite small and there's not a lot of variety. You get a tray with different foods and extra coffee,tea, juice, rice and miso soup.

The mattress was too hard for my taste. My partner likes hard mattresses and he really liked it. Pillow was ok.

Free breakfast for all guests and it was very tasty. The staff were really nice as well and it was only a 5 min walk to the train station and a 10 min walk to the main Shizuoka city centre, which meant the hotel was nice and quiet at night.

The beds are quite hard, which was fine, but something to note.

The thin tatami in the room with a western-style bed on top of it was a very unique choice and I liked it very much.

The breakfasts were really lacking. I feel like fewer options but in a buffet style would have been a better choice. Or if we had been able to order something the day before.

The included breakfast was absolutely fine. The room was clean and large enough. Pretty standard hotel stuff done well, I'd say.

Not a big fan of the elevator going up to our room, but that's a minor complaint, honestly.

The staff speaks English. The air conditioner in the room works perfectly. Glad it wasn't centralized so you can control the temperature, especially in this summer heat. The complimentary breakfast was not bad. In the dining area, you will grab a plate that has already been prepared for you containing natto, egg, sausage/burger patty, and some side dishes. You can get rice, miso soup, and drinks, as you like.

There's a smell in the corridors that isn't particularly bad but a bit unpleasant. There's only one small elevator which gets crowded easily so I had to wait for a few mins to get to the breakfast hall.
