The room for two which we booked had a pair of almost double beds, to our surprise; it is possible that there are no single 1 double or queen bed rooms. (I had tried to get one.) The hotel is quite new and very nicely kept, and the room was pleasing larger than most. The cost seemed a little high considering the rather simple nature of the hotel amenities; it cost about $40 more per night than the new glitzy four-tar Mitsui Garden Hotel tower where we had also stayed, 10 mins from Nagoya Station. We note that the Kuretake hotel is right *at* the station, not a block away--terrific convenience; however, it is a 30 minute walk from there to Oribe Street, for those seeking to see or buy Mino or Oribe porcelain. We were unlucky to hit a mid-week shops-closed vacation day. We paid for the hotel's breakfast buffet, and it was very good--traditional Japanese style in the main. There was also a free drink the night before.

The long walk to town (Oribe Street) was a bit rugged but good exercise, roundtrip. An extra blanket and a few softer pillows would have been a nice feature for guests. The hotel cheerfully stored our luggage when we had an early arrival before check-in time, and there were good tables where we could sit and wait for a friend who was going to pick us up at the front door (there is a small pull-up area for cars--no distant parking required).

Great location, only 3 min walk from Tajimi train station. The breakfast included was very good with a lots of choice. Overall it worth for the money to stay.

We were arrived at the hotel around 2:30pm which is only 30min away for the check in time 3pm but we still have to wait in the lobby until 3pm to be allowed to check in. No flexibility for tourist with large suitcase.

We were so surprised by the quality of the breakfast - so clean, nice variety of food, and it was delicious! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and also helped us get a taxi to where we needed to go. The inn is part of a larger shopping complex with Daiso and some restaurants. It was also attached to the train station, so it was incredibly easy to hop on the train.

The rooms were a little smaller than expected, however it was clean and comfortable during our stay.

The location could not have been more convenient--right next to Tajimi station and just a few steps from the revitalized Tajimi Platy shopping center. The hotel is new and clean. My stay was an excellent value.

A very minor drawback was the lack of space to work at the desk in my room. It was a bit difficult to maneuver the chair between the desk and the bed. There was also a small amount of noise from the nearby train station.

No fuss. Staff were very friendly. Room was immaculate. The bathroom included a bath, which was a nice plus. Also included a steam room, though we didn’t have time to use it. It was conveniently located right next to the train station. Very central spot for exploring Tajimi.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay with all the useful amenities. Though it lacks any personality.

Really comfortable and spacious room. Delicious breakfast. Only thing that surprised us is the smell to smoke as there might be some smoking rooms. We were offered 3 rooms by booking but the bed was so big that my two sons could’ve fit in one room and save one of the three.

Kuretake Inn includes a wonderful breakfast with a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We appreciated the rooftop onsen baths, the relaxation room and the many amenities they offer.

Discount on parking would be nice if the inn could arrange it.

The rooms were clean, the pajamas comfortable, and the food delicious. I enjoyed the bath, the lounge, and the free happy hour drink with little candies.

It would have been nice to have the bath related amenities in the bath changing room and the company's pre-check in app asks for passport copies from all foreigners when their own Japanese email states that this is not required for residents of Japan.

The facilities were sparkling clean. The location couldn't be beat. And, despite it being in such a busy area, it was quiet and comfortable. I also liked the arrangement of the rooms. The free drink in the lobby was also quite good.

The breakfast was a little lackluster and the dining space was quite tight.

Good stay in a spacious, clean room with comfortable beds and a good size ensuite. Very good location just next to Tajimi station. Many eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Friendly and efficient reception.
