Everything is perfect. Location just near by train station. New building with good fasciities (close with convenience store, vending machine , microwave, laundry , onsen, big parking lot, etc) Enjoying önsen after all day walking. Comfortable bed with good quality amenities. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. It’s worth staying 2 nights at this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel because we want visiting gibli park but unfortunately we didn't get the tickets, so we try to find another activies, but It's in a small town so there aren't many entertainment venues. This hotel is only good if you want to go to gibli park or just enjoying slow living city.

The hotel was incredibly clean. There are always multiple staff on-site to help. Be prepared to have a translation app with you as sometimes the English-speaking staff are not there. Either way, they will be quick to try and help you. The city of Seto has a fascinating history as a pottery village and there are wonderful museums and shops just outside of the hotel. The train station is a two-minute walk away. The hotel was exceptionally clean and I loved the eco-friendly program where you can get free alcohol if you don't replace your bedsheets! I'll take it!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I would just point out that the check-out time is at 10am and not 11am, as this might confuse some Western travelers who are used to an 11am check-out time.

I like it overall. The rooms were bigger than usual business hotels. We liked that there was a couch and a table inside the rooms. Most restaurants around are already closed by 7 so it was great that the restaurant in the hotel is open until 10PM. All the staff were cheerful and courteous. And the breakfast was sumptuous.

I discovered that when I lifted up the toilet seat, there was crusted urine stains which were disgusting. I think the cleaners missed that part. We booked two rooms and the other one was really clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that the hotel had an onsen bath. It was close to Ghibli Park which was the reason why I chose this hotel.

Few inconveniences of having to pick up special key to go to the onsen instead of getting one to start with. Also the breakfast buffet arrangement could be better so the lines don't stack up - especially the coffee.

Awesome personel and loved the japanese baths. Very lovely and relaxing stay, had a great time.

Our room for 2 was a little bit small considering our luggages being opened for daily use in the room, but compared to the good things hotel provided me, it's a small thing.

Staff was VERY helpful. I had several questions before my stay and a couple during. And they responded in a timely manner. They re-arranged a taxi for early morning so I didn't have to hassle getting to Ghibli Park.

I was a little behind schedule checking out., about 10 minutes. They called my room to make sure I was leaving immediately.

The room itself and the bathroom isn't super spacious for two people with suitcases, but it's managable.

Staff was extremely helpful. I had a last minute change to my reservation and they accommodated my request promptly. Rooms were clean and well kept, and we were allowed to store our luggage until the evening.

Room was warm upon entry but was easily resolved.

This is a. Excellent business hotel - clean and comfortable across the street from the train station. A good breakfast is provided. We used it as a starting point for a day excursion. I was pleased with the efficiency of the front desk
