Rooms and facilities are very new and clean. The TV in the room is huge and they even provided a convenient HDMI port next to the TV for guests to plug in their own devices to project onto the TV. The drinks bar downstairs is always available for a refreshing drink in this hot weather. Location is also great, under 10 minutes walk from shinkansen station

The space in the room is really small. Smaller than I would have expected. Recommended for guests with no big luggage or at most 1 piece. The width of the "asile" from the door to bed is just enough to fit a luggage and there's no space for opening it. However if you're traveling light then this would be a great place to stay.

To tell you the truth, the hotel is ideal for business trips and couples. The room is small, and it's true that you can't open a suitcase on the floor, only on the bed. The location is very close to Nagoya Station. Convenience stores, Bic Camera, Tax free shops, and restaurants are within the area. The hotel is also new and the facilities are all in good condition. It’s nice that you can have specialty coffee from the Costa machine whenever. There are also free flow of different kinds of drinks from the pantry. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location was great, and the staff were helpful. Glad to choose. Came early, dropped the luggage and checked in in the evening. They provide free breakfast, and free drinks for staying guests. The amenities were great, and the room was perfect. The staff explained about the stay in an understandable way. We got the 8th floor and the city view was superb. The toilet was comfy, spacious for me, and satisfying

The room was smaller than we thought. Almost no space for opening 80L suitcase.

Very close to Nagoya Station (you can see it from the bullet train platforms), so easy access for traveling. Very friendly staff and the free drinks and breakfast in the front lobby were good.

Extremely small room, even by typical Japanese hotel standards; could not comfortably fit a medium sized suitcase in the room without blocking doors. Next door to a pachinko parlor and across from a gentleman’s club, so got a little loud late at night.

Hotel is new, very nice and a five minute walk to nagoya station. The main station of central Japan, our view is the JR central towers and the shinkansen railway. Room Size-small typical of Japanese hotels, bath and toilet are separate. room has a dining table and refrigerator and smart TV. Bathroom towels are changed everyday. Hotel Amenities- wifi on room anf hotel lobby, has a nice breakfast buffet although limited it’s okay. Unlimited Costa coffee and drinks all day! Has laundry downstairs with self check-in desk. This hotel is literally at at the heart of nagoya near to restaurants and the shopping malls.

We stayed here for one night on our way from Nagoya to Tokyo. The location was perfect and the staff friendly. Free soft drinks in the lobby, and all this for a very, very reasonable price.

I knew that hotel rooms in Japan are small, but these rooms are really tiny. For a one night stay it didn't bother that much, though.

Overall good 2nd experience. Convenient location within 5 mins of Nagoya station. Modern clean rooms. Perfect if you just need a comfy bed to sleep in. Also free to leave your baggage there before check-in time! Free drinks machine (soda, juice, coffee) for checked-in guests.

Tiny room, difficult for two people to manoeuvre or to open your suitcase on the floor. They were strict with only allowing guests to enjoy the free drinks after you have officially checked in.

The location was amazing extremely convenient being that close to the Shinkansen Station and they have a lot of food options that opened by 7am (rare in Japan) close by.

For my friend the rooms were far too small for her to be comfortable and the beds were incredibly firm kinda felt like I needed a hiking air mat to put on top.

Very friendly staff. It was convenient that the staff would take care of the luggage if you arrived before the check in time. The free coffee bar was also nice. The rooms have a nice bath and shower.

The room was a little tighter than I thought but it’s fine for the solo traveler who doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. I would definitely stay here again despite the size.
