Great hotel for stay in Nagoya. Conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. The room was small as commonly expected of most Japanese accommodation, but it was sufficient for a couple and young child. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The hotel also offers breakfast valued at 700yen, which was an excellent deal for the breakfast items on offer, and free amenities such as toiletries and pyjamas for its guests. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nagoya, and I will stay again in future.

* Clean and pleasant hotel, at just enough distance from the rowdier streets that it's quite peaceful and quiet. * Relatively cheap breakfast, though not too varied or in any way remarkable. * Okay location, Nagoya Station is nearby, though despite the name – Shinkansenguchi – don't expect it to be actually close to the shinkansen gate. It is really quite a bit of a walk. As of the winter of 2023-24 there's some heavy construction going on on the west side of the station, and that makes getting to the hotel a bit complicated. * Good clean laundromats with manually added detergents. Laundry and vending machine room is on 5F.

* That family group that stayed for one or two nights and spent hours walking in and out of the 5 rooms they booked around mine and talking on the corridor and such. * I guess I could mention the breakfast in the negatives too, it's neither here or there. * Sometimes I had to fight with the AC controller because it wouldn't turn the backlighting off.

Stayed only for the night, but liked everything. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, everything needed in washroom (towels, shampoo etc). View from window was nice, not on the noisy side of the road/central station. Personel was nice.

Was a bit confusing to find (it was much closer to central station than google maps showed if using underground mall exits). Would be great if hotel could provide map/information which exit should be taken to reach them faster.

Location is not bad, however there are roadworks done around the station, so abit of reroute walking distance.

They are able to help receive Amazon delivery and are able to help me to keep luggage for a return stay. The front desk staff Fujimoto is being very helpful and friendly. She gives me the best impression overall. However, because of single use, the pillow given is only one piece, and they are very small and thin.

The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts for my stay. The staff was extremely kind. A great advantage is the possibility to leave your luggage in case of arrival before check-in. The location is strategic, as the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station. For breakfast, there wasn’t much variety, but it was good.

No negative aspects.

Location was ok, you'll need to walk for approximately 5 mins or so from Nagoya Station. There is a Family Mart convenience store 2 mins away from the hotel for your daily needs. Room was ok - I got a higher floor room with a great view. Room was compact, but with enough space for 1 person to stay. In-house breakfast was ok, but there is only bread, eggs, and salad with no rice options - still delicious though. The hotel itself has drinks vending machines at level 1, together with an exclusive smoking room. Wifi in the hotel is Wifi-6, I was blazing through the internet without any issues.

Honestly, I can't think of something I didn't like about my stay at this hotel. It was overall a positive experience.

Super nice staff, great location, room comfortable. I finally had some daylight because I could've opened the curtains, which was amazing after so many dark rooms 😂 coffee and juice available in the lobby in the afternoon l, very nice

The breakfast was very basic, but there's nothing really wrong with that.

This is a good solid business hotel option near Nagoya station. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast (breads, curry rice, salads).

It was raining quite a lot when I went to Nagoya so many people had to use the laundry (washing and drying) machines and there wasn't a lot for the whole hotel, maybe 3 washers 3 dryers.

Really nice business hotel close to Nagoya station. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved having a hot bath each evening. There is a communal coin washing machine/dryer and microwave. I paid extra for breakfast, which had a lot of choice and was very tasty.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, I felt at home. The rooms were clean with good facilities and the breakfast was very nice given the low price. The hotel is very close to Nagoya station where the underground will take you to all the tourist spots.
