Breakfast was good; opted for American and enjoyed multiple trips to the great coffee machine for espresso, latte, etc. Layout of the room was pretty thoughtful; compact but we expected that Staff was very friendly and helpful with sending bags onto our future destination. Toothbrushes, coffee filters for pourover, etc, are available to take in the lobby.

We had a double, and the side up against the wall could use the outlet for the electric kettle to charge phone but even a 6-foot cord doesn't reach to headboard. I don't think there was a light on that side either (but I am reviewing a month later so could be mistaken).

Hotel was quick walk from the main Nagoya station. We spoke with 2 receptionists, one did not understand very well English,but the other did and was really nice. I would recommend this hotel for 1 max 2 nights, especially for business trips, not for tourists with large luggage.

Room was smaller than others we had in JPN. There was almost no space for things,no wardrobe. There was a tiny fridge and no water bottles. Mattress was softer than we like (but that's a preference thing).

Friendly and helpful staff front desk. Respectful housekeepers. Comfortable room. About 13 minutes walk from station.

The detergent for washers was "smelly," 6kg for ¥300. Dryers weren't as effective as I wanted it to! (¥100/ 30 mins) Took me almost 3hours for drying!! That's not including the washing 😒 Spent a bit but clothes still moist - unhappy. Could you please change and use nicer smelling detergent? There was instruction that indicated no adding of own detergent!! And have proper drying ventilation for the dryers please? Travellers like us that travel for 21 days, need our clothes smelling nice and pleasant! Thank you.

Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable,there was a fridge. and all the staff were amazing. Unlimited supplies of coffee, tea,sugar, creamer etc. Family Mart next to the entrance which was very convenient. Only negative was that the room was small ( not unusual in Japan) There were 4 coat hangers on a small rail but nowhere else to put clothes - difficult when you're there a fortnight. This was in a standard double room.

Location is great, just 5 mins walk away from nagoya station taiko dori exit. there is family mart at the lobby as well. Room is comfortable with comfy bed, clean toilet & single air con in the room (not central!). Love the amenities given in the lobby as well though it would be great if there are skincare amenities.

no USB plug for charging, lack of power slots for charging as well (only have one next to the bed; none on the table). pillow is too soft for me.

The property is walking distance from the railway station with many eating joints in vicinity. The hotel provides all basic amenities inside the room and also has a good paid laundry machine, with display of its status in each room; The staff is very friendly

The room is just adequate for two persons with little space for luggage

The staff were very polite. The distance between the hotel and transportation was within walking distance. There are many restaurants and convenience stores surrounding the hotel, super convenient! When we did not ask for housekeeping, they brought us fresh towels everyday and hang outside our room, we ended up with 4 bags of fresh towels in the room - we always have fresh towels to use.

Nothing I don’t like about the hotel.

Great location for the train station (literally 5 minute walk) and the staff were really nice. We were out all day at the F1 so literally it was just somewhere to sleep. The bed was comfortable (even if a little small), the shower pressure was good and the pajamas were a lovely touch. Corner shop attached to the hotel which was extremely useful.

The room was pretty small but we were expecting it and I think this is quite standard in Japan. Being two Europeans with massive suitcases it was a bit of a struggle to find somewhere to put them but it was manageable.

The hotel is a short 5-7 minute walk from Nagoya Station. People may get it confused with the Via Inn Tsubaki-Cho hotel, so make sure you check the signs. This hotel has a Family Mart on the first floor, so it’s convenient for grabbing coffee and snacks during your stay. I like how you can put up “please make up the room” or “no room cleaning” signs. The staff leaves towels and trash bags in a white bag on your door when you don’t need your room cleaned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

- near to JR Nagoya, was abt 10 mins walk - familymart right at the door step - clean, non carpeted floor - toiletries were available to be taken at L1 - friendly and helpful staff at the reception - fast and easy check in and out

- room was very small but alright for short stay
