The room we booked was roomy for a family of 4. Everything was clean and new-looking. Staff were also really friendly. Location is good, walkable from the Nagoya station.

Property is located conveniently 4-min walk near Taiko-dori station. It is by a big street and most of the time you will hear traffic sound by the window. It is impeccably clean and it has a balcony as well. We came one hour before check in time but the nice lady at the reception helped us to do early check in seamlessly even with her limited English. Even if no kombinis are nearby, there is a Denny's near the hotel and Denny's in Japan offers wide range of menu aside from breakfast. Uber eats is available and near Nagoya station, there are plenty of good eateries as well.

We had a fantastic stay, just a 10-minute easy walk from Nagoya Station, which made everything super convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth and the lady at the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Our room was impressively large, with four big beds that were perfect for our family. The bathroom and kitchen were both spacious, modern, and nicely decorated. The big TV was great for the kids and we were able to connect to Netflix so they could wind down in the evenings after being out all day. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby and other train stations were only a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed here mainly to visit Ghibli Park and this hotel made a perfect base for that trip.

Its like that one place that you don't want to tell everybody because you are afraid that it will be always fully booked in the near future, but it is that good that you are feeling bad when you don't tell everybody about this hotel. Located near to Taiko Sta. which covers the neighborhood of Nagoya and also close to main station of Nagoya Sta. The hotel also located in the more quite and calm area compare to other side of Nagoya Sta. Which is better for me, who are travelling with family. Not only that, the facilities within the room is also the best. They have laundry machine (provided with the detergent and the softener as well, separate bathroom, microwave, electric stove, electric oven, kettle, cutleries, fridge, USB charging port, shoe rack, smart tv with many applications, etc.

Room is spacious with a kitchen and wash machine, which makes it an ideal choice for family/friends. Staff is friendly and helpful although communicating in English can be a little challenging.

About 10-min walk from the station. Check out time is 10am, a little early comparing to other hotels. And you can't leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you need to find storage lockers or service places.

Beautiful large room, fit our family of 4 and suitcases perfectly. Close to train station. The gentleman at reception was lovely.

Beds were a little uncomfortable for some of us and only had one pillow. I am sure we could have gotten another if we had asked. Reception only opens at 3pm-9pm so cannot check in or leave luggage before or after.

Lots of space. There is 4 double beds in a room and still space for sofas and lounge table. A washing machine is provided and air unit above shower blows the clothes dry on the clothes line. The shower head and water pressure is excellent. The toilet, a Toto brand is the best toilet I've used in Japan so far. The seat automatically opens, automatically flushes, cleans itself when you leave and then closes again.

Would be better if they provided a toaster.

So thankful that we managed to check in earlier than usual. Staff was friendly and helpful thou communication in English was abit of a challenge. Room was nice and big. Location slightly further from main train station, but I guess it's the trade off for a bigger room.

A lot of time taken filling in paperwork. Please note in some accommodation when they say 3 bedrooms the coma can be in the wrong place. Whist this accommodation had 3 beds they were all in the same room along with the lounge room

Location - 10-15mins walk from Nagoya Station. Clean, spacious room for the 4 of us. Love the rain shower head! Helpful and cheerful reception guy upon check-in, Yon-san. Wish we had more than just a night stay!

It would have been a nice gesture to provide a welcome complimentary bottled water for the no of pax staying as well as coffee/tea. Even if it's just for the check-in day since there's no room cleaning for the apartment.
