Each year we travel to Japan, trying to discover a new city or region. This time it was Nagoya. Since we didn't know this city at all, it was very helpful to receive a message from Mikiko telling us how to reach the Samurai house III from the train station. As soon as we emerged from the taxi, we were welcomed by Mikiko's staff. Everyone was very friendly and we had immediately the feeling to be at home. All the available equipment was shown to us and we were also told how to use everything. The house is really beautiful, with a superb interior design and a great attention to details. We've been traveling accros Japan for the last 15 years and Samurai Housse III is certainly the most beautiful and confortable accommodation we had the opportunity to stay in. The house is not far from a subway station, several konbini, restaurants and a very nice supermarket. Mikiko was always available to help us and answered all our requests very quickly. The next time we travel to Nagoya, we will most certainly stay again at Samurai House III. Thanks to Mikiko and her staff we were able to fully enjoy our stay in Nagoya. Everything was great! We loved how cosy this accommodation was, it had everything we needed: washing machine, dryer, etc. floor heater is especially great after exploring all day. The host is very lovely, she really helped us ❤️ The location is near the central Nagoya Station, which is very convenient. For us with a big group and luggage, we can still use taxis, as the taxi fees are still very affordable. We had a great time staying here, we wished we stayed a bit longer tho :')

When I booked this place, I didn't realized we would have a whole house to ourselves for the price we paid. We were travelling on a budget and seriously, we couldn't have had better in a hotel. We could lodge all six of us comfortably (but could have been nine with the three big bedrooms), had two luxurious bathrooms and a well furnished kitchen with a dining table and linked to an open space living room. There's a supermarket 10min walk away so we could make ourselves dinner and breakfast at home. The place was 5min away from a subway and a 10-15min walk away from Nagoya station. The staff was lovely and very welcoming, and there were facilities included (ex: washing machine+soap and dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, etc). I would go back there in a heartbeat next time I'm in Nagoya. It's the best lodging I've ever been in for a very affordable price. I would also recommend this place for families as we noticed it looks equiped to received children as well.

It was comfortable stay, with beds and futons available. Full toilets with amenities including washing machine and dryer. Full kitchen with electric stove and fridge and dining table was well equipped. Living room area with tv sofa dvd player also were there. Even parking was convenient and provided for. Towels were also replenished daily.

From the moment we booked Samurai House III the host was responsive and helpful. Even though we arrived at the hotel much later than the stated check we were greeted in person and everything was explained to us in detail. The hotel itself was beautiful and we really felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. With a 5min walk to local subway or 10-15min walk to Nagoya station, the location was close to public transport but still nice and quiet.

This home was absolutely beautiful and so well-thought out. From the sensor lights coming on as you walk around the house to the Nintendos for the kids, it was wonderfully designed and even better than the pictures!

The only complaint is that the induction stove wouldn’t stay on with some of the pots, so I’m not sure they were all compatible. Overall a minor issue though.

The house to our surprise was bigger than expected. It was extremely clean and cozy and had the amenities to suit everything and anything. The rooms were very comfortable as well. Definitely value for money.

There was practically nothing dissatisfying. The only minor inconvenience was having to carry our luggage up and down the stairs to our rooms.

The building, facilities and interior is amazing, very clean and great design.

I think the owners should be a bit more understanding of guests needs. I think it is unreasonable to ask guests to leave suitcases in the office on the bottom floor rather than taking them upstairs to the apartment. Apart from that, everything was fantastic.

Everything. Room was clean, living room was a great place for gathering. 2 bathrooms makes it easier for our group of 8 to wash up. Washing machine and dryer was very useful for us. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Great place to stay. Wonderful experience.

Steep staircase and couldnt bring up the luggages to room. Nevertheless, not an issue for us.

Perfect facilities, cosy, clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. Closeby 24 hrs shopping market, close to metro E5 exit. Many restaurants closeby. Cool to have two bikes to ride for free. We went shopping in early morning.
