The location is great and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. BE AWARE the name on the sign is not written in plain English, only JAPANESE !!, check the photo I attached so that you can see the name and match it in case you have trouble finding it the place, from the outside the hotel might look like a caffe and you might be confuse.

As always in Japanese rooms they tend to be small so as long as you don’t travel with big suitcases it’s fine, you’ll just have a bit of a mess in the room !

Near to Nagoya Station. They do have different types of shampoo, body wash and other toiletries that you can borrow during your stay but it's taken fast. There are also several items that you can borrow from the receptionist... A card with a list of items is available in your room. The room space is utilized effectively. I like that there's no bulky TV taking up unnecessary space on the table. Power point placement near the bed head is convenient. They also offer unlimited drinks at the cafe downstairs ( paid not complimentary).

The name on the hotel sign ( Nagoya Station Access Hotel ) is slightly different so do take note of this.

Location is great, it’s like five minutes walk away from Nagoya station and a couple of Combini, a few restaurants (although I went back to the station for food etc as they have many options there) It’s a very typical Japanese business hotel, quite compact but it has everything you need.

I had no idea it was not being cleaned every day. You need to take your own trash downstairs and the cleaner would hang a bag with clean towels, toiletries etc each morning. Also, my credit cards from overseas did not work and I had to pay a big chunk of money in cash which freaked me out because I thought my overseas credit cards weren’t working in Japan. I tried them at the other places (even at 7 eleven) and they worked fine so they might need to update their system or machine for the overseas travelers.

The location was great as it was near Nagoya Station. Staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed us to leave our baggages at the reception when we checked out early. No problem with the hotel necessities.

The only thing I didn't like was with the floor area for large luggages, not enough space.

excellent value near Nagoya station, easy to find. The room was quite small, but clean and had everything needed including a bathroom, towels, bathrobe which I wasn't expecting for the price. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. It was good that there were drinks and snacks available for purchase downstairs but really not necessary with a conbini on nearly every corner!

It would have been good to have an alternative to an extremely warm doona which would have been great in winter. We don't like using airconditioning, so having a light blanket would have been perfect. Of course an onsen would have been nice, but we had a bath and shower in our room.

Very close to the station, clean and comfortable, and very helpful staff. Would recommend staying here for the reasonable price.

The room always had a strange smell, even when we opened a window to air it out.

Rooms spacious and functional for a single traveller given the cheap rate and also exceptionally clean. Good size TV screen. Cheap breakfast can be arranged in the cafe where reception is.

Difficult to find, with only a sign on a glass door at street level. Electric jug in room, but no cups/mugs nor tea/coffee; either bring your own or purchase at counter near reception. Staff didn't fluently speak English and most written material available in Japanese. However, experienced travellers will get by.

Very centrally located, very accessible on foot from Nagoya station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Check in process was easy. Online booking was easy.

Nothing in particular. The room was very small, as is typical with these kinds of station hotels in Japan.

-reasonable rate for solo travelers -proximity to Nagoya station from JR, Kintetsu, Meitetsu to the municipal subway -hotel staffs' friendliness: cool with customer services without rudeness -24H cafe on the first floor -delicate amenities in the room on the sidelines of premium ones arranged in front of the consierge

not spacious(12m2), but not problematic since the bed's size fits my length(6'1'')
