It is very near to the Nagoya JR station where shinkansen train stops. Just one minute walk from exit E4 of the ESCA underground shopping and food street. Staff was very helpful and they allow luggage safe keeping for early arrival and after check out. Room size is small like all budget Japanese lodging. But it is very clean and safe for the price one pays.. We like the drip coffee freely available in the lobby together with other toiletries amenities. It also has an interesting pillow bar For budget conscious travellers, there is a good value 24hr supermarket Max Valu about 10+ minutes walk away. . Else there are lots of food outlets nearby too.

The toiletries amenities are pretty complete except for the lack of shower cap...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was small but perfectly adequate for one person like me. It was very clean, and all the amenities were complete. If you need extra items like pillows, toiletries, coffee, or tea, you can easily pick them up at the lobby, which is very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in arranging luggage transport to Tokyo, which made my travel much smoother. The location is unbeatable, situated right across from Nagoya Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Free breakfast offered at Yoshinoya, located just beside the hotel—a great way to start the day! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers or anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Nagoya.

Robes are tiny for Americans, it would be great if they have bigger sizes

The hotel is opposite of Nagoya station which is very convenient if you have a big luggage and have to use a train/subway to travel in the Nagoya. The staffs are so friendly and polite. The room is clean and quiet. The hotel has coffee & tea bar and various items that you can take for free such as razor, comb, toothbrush, cream and lotion, etc. Moreover, there are many free rental items that you can use for example hair iron, iron, conversion plug, and a lot more. But what I love the most is the pillow bar!! I can sleep so well. Thanks to the cervical pillow.

The standard room is kinda small if you travel with a big luggage. You can’t leave a luggage open otherwise you don’t have room to walk and it would be nice if the hotel had a shower cap.

Location is super convenient, just across the street from Shinkansen station and access to Esca underground Mall (exit 4) right in front of hotel. Nothing fancy but everything functional was well provided (extra pillows types to chose). We traveled from ShinOsaka to Nagoya via Shinkansen, only 50 minutes with trains every half hour.

No need to get breakfast from hotel (its just Yoshinoya next door). The Esca underground mall has many nice places to eat.

It is so close to the train station that makes it very convenient if you are just passing by Nagoya. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. There are plenty of restaurants around too.

The rooms were very small, almost couldn’t fit our luggage. The breakfast was included but there was no continental breakfast option which was disappointing for the kids but gave us the opportunity to try a typical Japanese brekkie. The bedrooms do not have windows looking out.

The location is the best factor for this hotel. The room was as expected and clean, they also able to lend iron and board.

We booked three rooms and arrived earlier than check-in time. We paid additional for 1 room to be able to check in early. This was just for the purpose of putting our bags since we have some hand carry items not locked. However, the hotel does not allow us to put all the bags but just bag for two people. So it was dissapointing since we paid extra just for this purpose.

The location is excellent. Once you see the silver clock, you know you are not far from the hotel. The room is small but fully equipped. The only downside is the bed size is not those standard queen size bed. It is really not comfortable sleeping for 2 full sized adults. In fact more suitable for individuals to stay. May be good to indicate the size of the bed so that those who book can refer and decide.

Stayed for 4 nights. Perfect location if you plan to use Nagoya railway station often in your trip. Just opposite of Nagoya station. There is an underground access from. Nagoya station which goes near the front of the hotel. It makes it convenient to reach station even when it is raining. Room is very clean. All facilities were good. We can take pillow and many amenities near the reception. The staff speak English. I came early on the first day and was able to keep my luggage at the reception till checkin. Wifi internet speed was good.

The AC was sometimes acting weird. It's very hard to get the right temperature. It gets either too cold or too hot.

Sparkling clean, very comfy sheets, has extra pillows to choose from. Amenities are very sufficient. Free flow tea and coffee. It's just next to the exit E3 from JR shinkansen Nagoya (have to go through an underground mall). Very convenient location... They also have free baggage drop as they keep a very strict check in time at 3pm..

Just like a typical hotel in Japan, it's very small.
