The location is near Nagoya Station on the taiko-dori side. There's a convenience store nearby as well as BIC Camera. The staffs are responsive and helpful. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Amenities are available at the lobby. There's an ice and water dispenser beside the elevator. There's also a vending machine. Laundry is also available but we have not used it during our stay. Breakfast options are a bit limited, but everything is good and filling. The guests have the option to take the meals to their room as they provide a disposable box aside from the plates. Coffee is great too.

The room is a bit cramped for a family of three with two luggages and a stroller. Check in time is 4PM, we have to wait for some time before we could get into our room.

The breakfast option is definitely good value. You are allowed to return to the buffet table for more soup, and the coffee service is extended even past the breakfast time. The VOD service is also quite worth it: for 500 yen on top of your room fee, you get to enjoy hundreds of content, unlimited, until check out time. You get both Japanese and foreign movies as well. No English subs though, so the Japanese content may not be accessible if you don't know the language. But there are certainly English language movies available.

Personally I would prefer an earlier check in time. Most hotels allow you to check in by 3PM, but this hotel's check-in time is 4PM. You can get the 3PM check in time if you're a member (which we got, since we go around Japan a lot), but otherwise you're stuck with waiting for one more hour.

Valuable accommodation & best location in the heart of Nagoya. Feel like home. Fresh food & good taste.

Too limited time & quite rushed timetable. Such as breakfast time is between 6.30 - 9.00 hrs. And elevator is stop between 12.00-15.00 hrs. But it’s doesn’t matter for good management.

Great location since we dropped our rental car at nissan w/c was just a block away, also a block away from BIC Camera where the willer bus stop was where we boarded our bus to tokyo. nagoya station is a very great base for first timers to nagoya -- lots of great restaurants in the area which meant we were only a few steps away from a good meal or a convenient ride away from a tourist spot. ice and drinking water, plus daily breakfast were available at the ground floor food options were simple but very filling (bread, rice, soup, some viands and veggies, coffee, tea, juice), you could even pack some food to bring upstairs if you like ~ the server ladies were the cutest too.

Had a pleasant stay! The breakfast was nice, staff were helpful, and the location was excellent – very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and, although a bit small, it was still manageable and comfortable for one adult and a child.

An excellent location just 3 minutes from the Shinkansen exit. A good room with good facilities at a good price. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Location is quite good, like 5-ish minutes from JR station. Surrounded by some convenience stores and food shop. Got some free toilet stuffs for free including skincare!

May be slow in rush hour cuz they have only one elevator there, but seems fine for me.

Close to train station. Space space but bigger than APA hotels. Great for solo travelers. Breakfast included and you can take it up to your room.
