The staff were very friendly accommodating, and understanding of my lack of Japanese language. The room was well fitted and I enjoyed the spa bath/shower onsuite

The air conditioning had a smell of cigarettes although air freshener was provided. Having to ring front desk for the door to be unlocked gave me a little anxiety about potential emergency situations.

Everything go with the plan since already read thru the review about this Hotel. Room was big and special, bathtub with jacuzzi. Best value and it come with breakfast. Breakfast was served by bring to the room; and timing was on the dot.

The door not able to open by ourselves, even in the room for us to get out. Need to call front desk to activate and open the room door.

The food, the staff and the fact that you had long hours of uninterrupted time. It's a good place to pamper yourself

It was a bit troublesome to enter and leave multiple times since I had to contact the front desk every time. I felt a bit awkward asking them to open and close the door every time.

Room and bed were very spacious, lots of amenities, jacuzzi bath, free welcome drinks and breakfast on order. We came by car with a toddler, lots of space to move a bit in the room. There's karaoke and VOD, a selection of food and drinks with very reasonable prices. Checkout is late, a very relaxing stay.

The amenities are great. And the karaoke in the room to! You also have a huge variety of food you can order and for a very reasonable price. The food is delicious and the breakfast too. You just need to book it at the reception and you can choose from 5 different options.

There's a lot of amenities and its free .. i will be back soon . The food is awesome !! And the staff is friendly.. service is excellent

It’s good hotel ! But don’t up the price just because we give good review ! At least care about customers also ! But it’s good hotel and good staff i recommend for everyone

the room was well appointed and many varieties of products are available! breakfast was good.

It was not very clean, stains on the walls and ceilings as well as on the edges of the beds.

The value was great, free welcome snacks, choices of shampoos and conditioners and body soaps, room service of food was great!

There was mould in the bathroom and was a smoker room, it stunk

Japanese Love Hotel with all "atractions". Privacy first, special procedures with check-in, check-out and leaving the room. Very spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable and big bed.
