I liked that we were able to use our suica cards as our room key. It was close (a few blocks away) from the train station and many restaurants. It also had a Family Mart in the lobby, which was nice for easy meals or snacks.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We were told it was a triple room, but it didn't mention two of the beds were sofa beds. They worked for our kids, it just wasn't what we were expecting and had we had more adults, it probably would have been a problem.

Location besides a sport complex of 2 football fields and the Tsuruma Park was gorgeous. Just about 10 mins walk to Tsurumai Station which house the Tsurumai subway and JR Chuo line. There's a small halal Indian restaurant at the ground floor.

No washer dryer in the apartment but there's a paid washer dryer on the same floor.

The room is great and big enough for 4 people. Facility is great. Our family love it especially bunk bed.

Very clean, new and spacious rooms. Lovely, open view. Convenient store located within the same building.

No carts or trolleys for luggage. Difficult to load or unload if you have multiple pieces of luggage. Staff are not trained to handle different situations. I was travelling with a child with disability. As the room comes only with shower facilities, I requested for a chair/stool so that my child can sit while I bathe him. Staff responded that they could not provide. I decided to bring my own camping chair and requested for a photo of the shower room to see if the chair would fit. It took several days before I received the photo and behold the shower room comes with a seat! Could the staff not have made that clear when I first requested for a chair ? I was flabbergasted. Kitchen is small and not equipped for meal preparation. There are no proper bowls, just some plates. There are parking facilities within the building but hotel guests do not enjoy special rates for overnight parking. Parking rates at the carpark opposite the building were more reasonable -- Although the hotel does not manage these parking lots, it would be helpful if they could provide guests with the necessary information.
