The location in the south district of Sakae offers great convenience. You can easily access the hotel from Yabacho Station using exits 1 or 3, which are conveniently located right in front of the hotel entrance. Just a short walk to the left, you'll find a Lawson convenience store, making it easy to pick up essentials. For Pokémon fans, the Pokémon Center Nagoya is directly across from the hotel on the second floor of Parco. When you exit the hotel lobby, you’ll notice three department stores straight ahead. These stores can be accessed both underground and outdoors through Sakae Chica. Once you cross the pedestrian street, you'll discover a multi-story Tokyo Hands, as well as Yoshinbashi and Mitsukoshi, all offering a variety of shopping options.

I prefer proper dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash over the tiny bottles provided daily. It’s much better to have larger products purchased from the store.

First great impression was very helpful and friendly staff. We visited during Christmas time and restaurants were hard to book. The staff was patient and willing to offer all the help needed in booking. Secondly, the rooms were in high standard; spacious and clean. All meet the high standard, one would expect in a high-end hotel

Our stay was during the peak season, their only breakfast restaurant was always overcapacity which caused a long waiting time. That being said, the situation was better than expected as their staff were diligent and helpful in resolving the issue

The hotel property was exceptional—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and pleasantly fragrant, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and care. The customer service was equally impressive and did not disappoint.

I was disappointed that many of the hotel’s amenities closed early, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the experience. Several services, including the massage and other offerings, were fully booked, leaving me unable to take advantage of them during my stay.

Brand new hotel. Very modern and stylish. The room was comfortable and big. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The restaurant was disappointing. It took them 45 minutes to grill the steak. By the time the steak was ready, we could not ask anymore for dessert, because the kitchen closed. My advice, go to dinner at 18:30/ 19:00.

- Couldn’t pay with our Wise Travel Card and Staff could not communicate well about this issue. - Steam Room wasn’t a finnish Sauna with good heat.

Exceptional ! We loved the size and confort of the room. The bathroom was huge, staff were kind, available and willing to do anything for us. The food was also amazing, from restaurant to room service and breakfast ! Finally, the infinity pool is gorgeous ! With an amazing view on the city

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The location was great: the subway station was directly in front of the hotel entrance, and it was a 10-minute walk to Sakae. The room was also amazing! The bed was so comfortable, and there were so many amenities.

Pretty much flawless. Clean, quiet, comfortable, delicious, friendly, convenient, spacious, stylish, you name it.

If I absolutely have to nitpick, I would have liked a second comfy chair in the room.

Cleanliness, comfortable, their staff, I enjoyed everything here. Two bed side gadgets, the B&O blue speaker sounds excellent at night. Their food isn’t cheap but worth every penny.
