English speaking staff is available. Check in & out is very quick. Very close to Sakae Station for easy access to railway stations around Nagoya. Walkable to Sakae and Osu shopping districts. The public bath, which is open from 3pm until 10 the next morning, is very spacious, with hot and cool baths, a dry sauna, and an outdoor seating area. Vending machines offer soft drinks and alcohol plus some snacks - variety varies from floor to floor. Extremely affordable and an excellent value for what’s offered.

The breakfast price seemed a bit high for what was offered. Certain foods were colder than expected. But it is an open buffet that allows you to eat as much as you like.

Love the location, the hotel is very convenience ( Sakae Area). It's a city hotel so the parking lot is expensive in downtown. The hotel provided the parking space with parking fee for 1500 JYP. per day which is cheaper than the others parking lot. The front service speak English fluently . The only one thing I don't like is on the day we arrived there might be a big group of Chinese tourist stay at the upper floor and the stomp the feet when they walk that make loud noise from the ceiling it was like someone running around above my head. (The hotel floor might be too thin. ) but this problem can be solved after I can front office and ask him to call the upper floor guest to stop stomp there feet. May be the hotel should have a sign in the room the inform the guest to gently walk due to the floor is not absorb the noise.

The location is pretty close to everything - train station, convenient store, restaurants, shopping mall etc. Our room is very spacious for 4 pax. The bed is very comfortable. The staff will help you if you want to avail Yamato service (luggage transfer) They will provide you new towels and water each day.

The hotel wifi password is in japanese so we cannot connect to the wifi. I guess they need to change it to english words so that foreign guest can easily connect to the hotel wifi.

The rooms are large and very clean. The beds are sooooo comfortable especially after hitting the bath house. The location is perfect, it's close to shopping streets, markets, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff are also very helpful. The buffet breakfast was lovely, however if you are coeliac they really don't have many options. So paying for the full buffet may not be worth it.

I like the area of Sakae. It's busy and you have a lot of things to do. There are many restaurant options, it's near Donki, and accessible to a lot of things. It's easy to walk to and from Sakae Station. We booked a triple room and it was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. Their public bath is great. I always go there every night. :)

They have a free bath house, spa and sauna which is sublime. The hotel is in a great location., comfortable beds .

maybe the breakfast option could be more like breakfast, there was a lot of food which I would classify as dinner, pasta, curry, lasagne, not much fruit and few pastries, so we didn't partake.

Room and bathroom were great, perfect for just sleeping the night. Location is great too.

Parking in the public car park the staff told me to go to was supposed to be decently priced, but I ended up having to pay triple what the hotel staff told me the cost was for one overnight park. I'm not sure if they were quoting a different price or something, but it was a bit annoying to end up paying so much extra than expected, so maybe try to find another car park with actual prices listed beforehand.

It has 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson stores nearby. There are a lot of food choices around the area. Near to Sakae station. Near to shopping areas. Everyday, there are fresh supplies of bathrobes, towels and water. The basic supplies are always refilled as well.

The elevator/escalator were not fully functional during our stay. Hence, it was difficult to get our luggages upstairs.

Location is good, if not best. Its in the middle of the downtown district, convenient to all sorts of restaurants. Easy access to laundry.

Subway stations are a bit further than I’d like, but not too far. Someone was smoking in the hallway. No microwave; though it may be easier to just step out to get nibble at this location…

The facilities were amazing, public bath is tatto friendly so that's a huge bonus for me

it's in the middle of 2 stations so neither ir really close, don't get me wrong the stations are pretty close but it's a small walk
