They have a big lounge with complimentary drinks (alcohol up to 5 glasses per person), some snacks, and light dishes like miso soup, curry, etc. You can enjoy two large spas, a medium-sized selection of mangas, and massage chairs all free of charge. Safety-wise, I don't see any concern. There is a small safe in your capsule and a large locker on a different floor.

The descriptions of room types on the booking.com site are misleading. I booked a special room since it seemed like no access to the spa with the normal room, but it turns out both rooms have the same access.

I really enjoyed this stay. I prefer the capsule style over hostel because it offers more privacy and typically a bit more room. The capsule itself was very spacious, and had everything I needed, even a TV inside. The onsen was an awesome feature too, and there were private showers as well in the bathroom area so you didn’t have to use the onsen if you didn’t want to. There was also free breakfast and dinner, so overall for the very low price I paid it was well worth the money. Also very conveniently located near the train station. They held my bags for me after checkout while I traveled around during the day which was also very convenient. The staff were very kind and anything you needed they accommodated.

The only complaint I had was the sleeping pod was pretty warm during the night. There was a fan you could turn on for ventilation but even with that going it was still pretty warm.

The place offers free drinks (coffee, matcha, beer, soft drinks and water) I love the free amenities such as shampoo, pajama, razor etc. Also there are 3 outlets in the capsule so it helped me charge all my items at once. The women areas are comfortable and full of luxurious hair and body products. I loved the onsen and sauna. The closest halal restaurant was 8 minutes by walking, the bus was around 5 minutes away and oasis 21 was 6 minutes away. They allowed me to store my luggage after checking out and before checking in which was a huge relief for me! They have a place for big luggage with a wire and a lock which I used, the staff were friendly and most of them understood English!

The capsule is big but the ventilation isn’t cold enough but I did sleep comfortably!

Capsule was comfortable and large enough. Staff were very helpful. Spa was great, onsen plus sauna and plunge pool for the mens. Lounge area has decent selection of manga, a fun collection of retro consoles and a free spirits bar in the evening. Luggage storage was well thought out. I had a lot of luggage but still managed fine. Robes are provided for the whole building, just change and leave everything you don't immediately need in the locker. There's also a small safe for phones, wallets, etc in the capsule. Apparently Keema curry for breakfast is a Nagoya speciality. I was unaware. Curry was complementary and was good, surprisingly spicy for Japan. Rice and miso soup plus coffee, tea was also available. Location is great for night life. Easy walking distance from Sakae station. Viable, but a bit further from Nagoya station.

Minor complaints, but the communal area could have been arranged better for breakfast. Unlike all other meals everyone has to go for a few hour window, so it got a bit crowded. The same layout for the evening didn't work very well. The building is very vertical with only two lifts, so was kept waiting a bit, but there are stairs if it's just a few floors.

The best capsule hotel chain in Japan. So many things I love about Anshin Oyado: (1) They allow you to stay in their facilities for 27 hours. After check out at 12pm, you can stay at their lounge! (2) Their lounge is really comfortable even for women. They have free drink bar, free breakfast curry or ochazuke, free late night ramen. (3) Very clean facilities. (4h So many free things! (4) Capsules are comfortable for sleeping. (5) Lovely onsen and bedrock bath. They have bath essential brands to choose from. (6) Location is great in the center of Sakae/Fushimi. (7) Some staff speak English and are overall pleasant, kind and polite.

None. I recommend it to all my friends, in fact. I’m happy to be able to come back to this hotel for the 2nd time.

Great experience in a high-end capsule hotel, maximum comfort, cleaning and privacy. There is a self check-in/out and all the staff are very kind at your disposal. The capsule it's very confortable, silent with tv, safe box, charger wit all type cable. At 5 floor there is local for leave your luggage in safety personal box with your key room At 6 floor there are toilet, sauna and onsen, all very clean At 11 floor there is a common free lounge where you can eat dinner, breakfast and drinking free. In the same floor there are also funny vintage console videogames where you can play free, watching tv and relaxing with massage chairs. The place it's located in a great position of Nagoya with train stations very near. A really nice pleasure discover this structure and I hope to return!

Superb. 6mins walk from a subway metro sakae station and they provided alot of free of charge facilities such as free meals, free beverages and coffee and alcohol drinks, public bath , manga and massage chair free of charge. I will highly recommended this property

The premium capsule i stay was on the corner room. I have a space to pack my suitcase and a work desk to put my stuff and i love it. It is just that it was hot and the ventilation in the capsule was not much working. But without closing the privacy curtain the ventilation still ok

They have everything! It’s a spa with the option to stay overnight. Sauna, Onsen, bedrock, free curry breakfast which was super yummy (vegetable and keema), free dinner which was ramen and rice (ok). Free alcohol and free fountain drinks. Free massage chair. For a really good price. Often find myself the only one in the Onsen room. The place looks super nice and clean.

I wish the women’s side had more than just capsules and had the bigger rooms so my luggage could stay with me. But it was worth it.

It’s in a great location, pretty close by to a lot of the Sakae area which is booming at night. There’s lots of high fashion stores and knickknack shops around the area. The hostel itself is also filled with things to do (it’s 11 stories high).

There’s almost too much to do, and all the different floors got sort of confusing. It’s also a very antisocial hostel and nobody was really talking at all in the common spaces, which is different from certain other hostels I stayed at back in Tokyo.

The place was clean, and you could stay there comfortably even without any personal items, as they provided almost everything—from pajamas to toiletries. They even offered a good selection of hand and body products. There were two Japanese baths to choose from: one for guests with tattoos and another strictly for those without. The top floor featured a common area with a free flow of soft drinks, a simple night snack of rice, two types of soup, pickles, and a wide range of alcoholic beverages (limited to three drinks per guest and available for a set duration). The front desk staff member, originally from Indonesia, spoke English and was very helpful and friendly.

I was disappointed that there was no Japanese curry as part of the night snack. This may sound petty, but I had seen it featured in a YouTube review of the hotel, and it was not available during my stay. Additionally, I was assigned a capsule even though I distinctly remember booking a room, as I had my bike with me. However, my booking did indicate a 'capsule,' which I found strange. I was willing to pay extra to upgrade to a room, but unfortunately, that option was not available, which was also disappointing
