Twin room was very narrow and not enough space for two luggages

Very nice location nearby Nagoya railway station, between Nagoya castle and shopping district. Room is small but clean. Plenty of supplies at registration desk. Personnel at desk are helpful and friendly. You can send and receive your luggage to another hotel from registration desk - this is very handy option. There is a smoking area and a self-service laundry with a large selection of manga.

The breakfast was mostly Japanese food and it was very tasty, but there was a real lack of sweet pastries.

The breakfast may be the best we have ever had in Japan, certainly it's the best on this trip. In a proper restaurant setting, too, with great views out the large windows. The rooms are so incredibly big, and the location is so convenient, a few hundred meters from the nearest subway, just a couple of blocks to the Sakae shopping district. And best of all the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

Location is perfect close to metro/subway fushimi station exit E, just opposite to the hotel, there's many restaurants, and shops nearby,staffs are friendly, special mention to mr. ISHIMOTO he speak english very well, he is very helpful and accomodating! I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip.

They dont provide house keeping service..

We only stayed for 1 night, but the location was very convenient, just one stop from the main train station. I thought I booked a room with 3 single beds for family of 4 hoping it would be enough for us, but ended up in lovely and spacious top floor room with two large beds and two large futons, it was such a nice surprise! Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

The size of the room was sufficient, Air conditioning is good and very cold. Amenities are good with working cold refrigerator Ice cube station was a good addition including the microwave oven and vending machines

Bathroom was small and needs to improve exhaust as the steam from the shower and odor has nowhere to go and spills into the room. Location is just ok as, nearest train station is 4 to 6 blocks both ways.

The staff are very friendly/helpful. The amenities are extremely generous - there is a wide selection of skincare in the lobby. Industrial grade air conditioning - it's the one used in some of the restaurants with four vents in four directions.

The pajamas are definitely not one size fits all. The bed situation is a bit funky. The shower was a bit small for the room. The lighting is a bit tricky.

First timer in Nagoya, it was easy to reach. 5 mins to station and hotel staff are very helpful and professional. They have laundry room on one of floor and I got change from reception. There's vending machine on laundry floor. And you can pick skin care sachets for daily use. They have shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry in room. A small TV is there and dining table. It's in walking distance to majority of nightlife, shopping area . Getting taxi was not hard as well and it's one of best locations. They do have restaurants in hotel and vending machines beside hotel. Definitely will go back and will recommend everybody to visit Hotel Silk Tree.

Situated in a pretty central location, the room is standard size for a business hotel, with everything magically crammed in such small space. The breakfast in the restaurant is very good, wide selection of foods, very nice atmosphere where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your meal.

Wifi does not always work reliably in the upper floors.

In between the two main CBD metro stations, and walking distance to the central area of Nagoya city - including Nagoya Castle (15min). Entry to a metro station directly opposite the hotel. The morning breakfast was really good - lots of choice and space in the restaurant. Hotel also has a laundry room. Room size was OK - we had a triple and didn't feel on top of each other. Loan umbrellas were also available, as were a good selection of toiletries from a cart in the foyer.
