The price was very attractive. There are convenient stores and restaurants all over the area. The room had all the necessary items. After requesting no cleaning due to online conference, towels and goodies were left at the door. I think there is no need for a daily cleaning.

Since my stay was for work, the lights, especially on the desk were too dim for a comfortable work. The desktop was also too small, but maybe this is due to the room size. The instructions for using the Wi-Fi were not clear. There is no way to connect to the hotel's channel 11, as this corresponds to a commercial TV channel. It will help if personnel at the front desk are previously instructed how to show directions to some places around the city.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and didn't mind that we were a little bit late; we messaged them ahead through Booking.com to tell them we would be late.

The breakfast included in the price was a coupon to use at a cafe nearby. There were four or five location options in the neighbouring blocks; the hotel gave us a printed map. We left one of the locations because the line was too long. At the next location we still had to stand in line and write our name in the list from which they would call us to a table. Everything was in Japanese. The options of the coupon were very few. We could choose between two kinds of bread and spread and egg and a few drinks. The coupon covered this, but it was not really enough to fill our stomachs, and walking there was rather inconvenient.

all good, the hotel was clean, the room was nice and big.

not a very clean area, garbage and alcohol cans and the police cars during the nights, ambulances, the area for night life, so noisy at night, not a good place for family visits with kids. the breakfast is not really worth it, they give you a coupon to redeem at Komeda cafe, just a coffee and toast.

The ability to have a later check out for 1,100 Yen.

Because i used booking.com and selected pay at property, I could not use my credit card and the property asked me to pay in cash. Not a big deal but could be a huge problem if you're not expecting that. Otherwise, just pay with your card on booking.com. Because, this property will not accept credit cards in person. I have no idea why as they have capabilities to charge your card.

The room is nicer than the pictures. Very nice bath, lots of toiletries included. The staff is very helpful, location is great, very close to metro station.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the breakfast isn't served in the hotel, but you have to go to a cafe some 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Nice and clean, i was surprised that my room was so clean we cameback adter we go roaming outside .i did not expect that they have free clean services.

The property is relatively near to the tourist spots like the National Science Museum and Chubu Electric Tower Mirai. It’s also at a close proximity to malls such as Sakae Chika and SKYLE. I also loved that Don Quijote Sakae was just 2 blocks away and that the subway, through Sakae and Fushimi station, is just a few steps away as well! My stay with them was great that I’d love to come back, visit Nagoya and stay at this hotel!

Even at a non-smoking floor, the smell of the smoke can sometimes be evident.

The location is very convenient. The room is very spacious unlike other hotels. Got it on sale and was the cheapest thinking it was the weekend.
