The property is very near Sakae Station as well as other places of note such as Oasis21, Mirai Tower and Don Quijote. There is a convenience store nearby and restaurants like Ichiran and Saizeriya are within walking distance. The hotel offers a welcome amenity which includes free coffee and water at the lobby. Toiletries, sleepwear and tea are also available at the lobby while a microwave is located in the laundry area for guests’ use. The twin rooms are spacious enough for two people and the staff are very professional. Early check-in is possible if rooms are available.

The hotel is a bit old and the lobby is small. Elevator access from the room is only up to the hotel lobby which is located on the 2nd floor. You have to transfer elevators to reach the ground floor and the escalator on the 2nd floor is only accessible to those coming from the ground floor. The escalator is also not accessible 24/7. The room we got has a window with a view of the wall of the neighboring building and is not really soundproof, and there are times when you can smell food being cooked from the other floor which I think houses izakayas. It also seems to be connected to a love hotel.

The hotel was at the center of Sakae. The train station is a few meters away. It's very close to the shopping area/stores. It's also near Oasis 21, Nagoya TV station. The hotel room is not big, just the right size and very neat. We got a twin room. Towels are changed everyday even if you didn't ask for room cleaning. The hotel staffs are helpful and pleasant. Overall, it's value for money.

Since the hotel is at the center, there are bars nearby and there are young adults loitering and smoking on the sidewalks in the evening.

Small room but it’s ok! Nice staff. Although the hotel is quite convine with some other shopping so it feels a little bit expose. (Ex: the laundry room and microwave in the third floor are next to something that looks like a restaurant?) bath, slippers and some other amenities av, which is really nice.

It was a little bit dirty, the toilet overall. WiFi worked awfully bad.

Near everything, comfortable beddings, they change towels everyday, rooms are bigger compared to rooms in Tokyo.

Some improvements might be - they could have a cabinet for clothes and an easier to use hot and cold faucet & shower, they're small thing compared to the comfort, value for money and location of this hotel.

Fully equipped facilities. Located in the city center, walkable to major shopping malls, restaurants, and bars. Close to the subway loop line and the line that directly goes to Nagoya station. Personally, I really like the bedside radio receiver.

You may find drunk and rude people around the hotel at night.

Hotel was easy to find and near the station. Check in process was smooth and easy. The room itself was clean.

Room is a bit small, perhaps some items can be removed in order to utilise the desk.

The Location close to the train station shopping mall specially Don Q the staff very courteous. The room are ok its good I won't expect more for the price that we paid its a budget friendly hotel that most travelers are looking.

I do not like that it is very hard to communicate with them because they dont have someone we can tqlk instantly. The translator apps is not as convincing like a personal one.

The room was super clean and front staff efficient, not rushing but not slacking either

The hotel was really good for its price. It's really near to everything (station, mall, Don Quijote, etc.). Lots of amenities for you to use! The room size is a bit small but it was good enough of course.
