Toyota castle was a great hotel and i can see why we were recommended to stay there. The Staff was excellent, the food was good, the location for our part was perfect and the accesibility to everything in the area made the stay great.

I was happy with everything overall and i can't complain about a single thing. I want to give huge creadit to the staff and how they treated us as customers. Overall the stay was amazing and I will stay there on my next visit to Nagoya.

Room was very comparable with hotels in US with respect to room size. Amenities in the room exceeds most hotels worldwide in the same hotel categories/classes.

You have to pay for using fitness and Japanese public bath. The fee for this services is around $60 per stay.

I am a repeater. It is a nice and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is good too. It is possible to buy a voucher to use the fitness gym in the same building. I had a really good swim and enjoyed their bath and saunas.

The bathroom in my room was smelly this time.

Staff were very helpful and obliging. Room was clean and well serviced every day. Great central location with easy access to public transport and restaurants. Buffet was adequate with enough western style breakfast to choose from.

This is picky, but the only option for tea in the room was green tea. Perhaps a choice of teas including black, instant coffee and milk would be nice for international travellers - of which there appeared to be quite a few.

The service was excellent! Front desk was very helpful and very friendly. Toyota city is offering promotion -room rate reduction and coupon to be used at restaurants. The room is spacious 30M2 and very clean and quiet. We have a breakfast buffet at the hotel. The hotel provided hand gloves to help ppreventing spread of COVID. The location is so close to Toyota train station - can use to escalator from station east exit down to the front of hotel. Convenient for big luggage.

The small fridge in the room did not work. Air condition control is only Japanese (all hotels in Japan). An English manual would be great for foreigners.

Excellent and convenient location, few meters away from train station. Staff friendly and cleanliness overall exceptional. Full breakfast included with large variety of food. All for a great value. It had to be a TOYOTA!

The room was large and well designed, the location is close to the station and near many shops/restaurants. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Very friendly welcome. Large, comfortable room, all amenities catered for. Although there was only a smoking room available for our 2 night stay there was no odour of smoke. varied and plentiful. Decor tasteful. Very close to train station and shops.
