The staff was nice, although difficult to communicate with. There were plenty of washing machines (3+1 for women), so I never had any problem. It is close to the metro and several touristic places in Nagoya, but the neighbourhood itself was not the best. The room was very well designed, with plenty of space for my 2 suitcases, which was unusual in other hotels in Japan.

The breakfast takes place in a chain restaurant next door and it is very bad, even when considering the price. They only clean every 4 days.

I really like this hotel. The amenities were great and the room was clean and neat. The 12th floor having a massage chair and coin laundry was nice. I wish I could have used the public baths as they looked wonderful but I had cut my knee the day before my stay. The area was a little bit noisy for Japan but I was able to sleep with no problems. The complimentary breakfast was meager but it was complimentary and the cafe it was served in was very nice.

Like I said above the breakfast was meager as it was only one drink, a half piece of toast and jam.

Very near train station, restaurants, don quixote, and Nagoya castle.

The rooms are small. I stayed here twice already. The room which is good for two people is really small. Can open your luggage one at a time only.

The location is conveniently close to Oasis 21, Chubu Mirai Tower and other shopping/restaurant centers . The Nagoya Castle is within 25 minutes of walking. There is a luggage storage service. I stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out which was very convenient. There are many amenities one can choose, including pillow. Small public bath is a great bonus as a place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There was free ice pop one can enjoy after the hot bath.

At the city center and near train stations. You can get the amenities in the first floor. There is an onsen and free ice cream.

The room is so small for 2 people typical japanese rooms

Close to the subway and shopping malls. A nice bathing facility is located on the top floor. Luggage storage is available. A nice breakfast was served at the nearby cafe.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the location was good. Only a five-minute walk from Hisayaodori subway station.

There was not a lot of space in the room for large suitcases or to put away clothes so it might be inconvenient for a long trip.

Location is very convenient. It’s near the subway station and a family mart store. The hotel staff even helped us to book taxis from the hotel to airport.

Amenity bar, public bath with good opening hours and free ice cream, good amenities. Location is just a slight walk from the tower, which worked great for attending the World Cosplay Summit.

Very clean, value for money and the onsen was great! Location is convenient to sakae and the airport bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over the weekend and we had a great sleep.
