I was very happy with the location, metro and bus nearly at the door and within walking distance to the Mirai Tower. Lots of places to eat and shop, with convenience stores at nearly every corner

The fixtures in the room were just a little dated but of good quality. Bed and pillow were comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. Aircon worked really well and could open the window for fresh air if needed, although there was no view from my room. Great value for money, so really nothing negative.

Accidentally booked a Smoking Room but thankfully there was a deodorizer spray and the initial smell was gone. It was a classic Japanese hotel chain room (almost similar to APA Hotel rooms) - small but complete. Rooms are best for solo travelers and maybe a little too small for 2 people. Given the room size, I don't think it is the best option for a long term stay. In my case, I only stayed for 1 night. There was a 7-Eleven downstairs and a lot of restaurants around the Nishiki and Sakae Area.

Like any Japanese hotel chains, the room is small, too small that I had to place my luggage on the bed just so I can open it fully. Also, early check-in is not for free. There's a standard rate but they do offer free luggage storage until check-in time.

Of all the hotels I have stayed at in Japan, this was by far the best. The wheelchair accessible room was fully accessible in all ways, with no step into the bathroom like others. The bathroom was very well thought out, with rails everywhere and more than enough space to manoeuver. The staff were fantastic, always friendly, helpful and had a smile for us. They really went above and beyond.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The room was compact, but had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Facilities such as a fridge in the room and pajamas were well appreciated. The location was convenient, within 20-minute walking distance from Nagoya train station. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee available at the reception. Great value for money.

I couldn't manually turn off the ventilation in the bathroom, so it was always running even when not needed.

The bed was uncomfortable.... They are working on the place so I couldn't open the windows to let some air in. Under the covers was too hot and outside the covers was just a bit too cold. Opening the windows would have made it nice to be under the covers.

Clean and comfortable business hotel in the centre of Nagoya 5 minutes from Mirai tower. Coffee from the coffee machine in the entrance hall was tasty, which is rather rare for "free" coffee :)

Was good, staff were nice people, I bought 700yen voucher for breakfast and it was also delicious, room was clean and comfortable too, location is also good

If you want to watch television you have to buy for 1000 yen a tv coupon which is valid for a day, bad movies and bad quality of the movies.

The location. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Away from the hustle of city centre.

I absolutely loved the amenities the hotel had to offer. Not only that, but the staff were very kind and accommodating even though there were times we couldn't really understand each other due to the language barrier.

Pretty good for the price, you get your own bathroom in the room which is greatly aprreciated.

Room is a bit small so if you need to open the suitcase you have to do it in the bed
