A comfortable property that was appropriate for a family of 4. Onsen in the hotel was great too. Good bathroom facilities and washing machine in the hotel room. Excellent location- Close to main shopping strip and close to restaurants.

A little bit dusty in the room. We could only get a smoking room but it wasn’t too bad. Just needed to open the windows for a few minutes.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a tub and was very clean with complete toiletries. There was also a public bath in the hotel complete with instructions so it's easy even for first timers. They also provide a kit to be used for the public bath. The location is walking distance from Sakae where you can visit some tourist spots or enjoy a wide selection of restaurants.

The room was a bit small so if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to be creative with the space you have. If you travel light, it's a very good option. But if you are planning to stay for a long time and looking to do a lot of shopping, the limited space can be a challenge.

Great location, the room was well equipped, it had a microwave, a kettle and a little fridge. The bathroom was amazing, they provided sponge, a raizor, cotton swabs, a hair tail, also pijamas and flip flops. Everything good, I wish I'd stayed more nigths tbh

The location is convenient since its clise to everything but a little small for people coming from US considering we’re use to bigger rooms. The place is clean!

I liked the hotel ( near subway)but if you go to stay 4 people in the room, will be tight. But ok. The attendance was normal, not so kind as the other places I stayed. The cleaning was so good . I recommend this hotel.

great location and was pretty centrally located to the main shopping and sightseeing areas in Nagoya. Staff were friendly and facilities were great. Value for money and rooms are pretty large.

Easy to access to nearest station from Nagoya station and Sakae, and Nagoya dome!

I didn’t have a choice because there was only smoking room left. So yeah it was smoky smell from air-con. Otherwise it’s very clean.

No house phone in each room, you need to go down to the reception if you have concerns

there is a large public bath available. It was not included in the amenities but toiletries is available. There is a microwave and a refrigerator.

The other room I rented have some dust floating around. There is no free parking.

Very nice hotel, modern and clean, the room was very clean and fully accessorized. I will use this hotel again in my future working trips to nagoya.
