The room is equipped with travelers’ necessities. With a common microwave, ice maker and vendo in the floor - it was very convenient. Bed and linen are comfortable. My kids had a good sleep. The location of the hotel was also good, accessible to shopping area and the Nagoya tower at night is amazing, all walkable. The restaurants around it are really good. Specially the yakitori place right down the hotel that opens only at night until early morning is highly recommended.

The lobby smells badly of cigarette smoke. The kind that sticks to your clothes. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait long for check-in as it’s really bad, I feel sorry for the reception people. The room can be a bit more cleaner, carpet can be vacuumed thoroughly as there are quite a few clumps of hair. Shower curtain also smells musty, might need changing.

From the start, I was greeted warmly and that continued through my stay. Anytime I walked in or out, there was a staff member at the front desk bowing. In the room, the layout was able to fit two large suitcases. I enjoyed having the choice of sanitized reusable slippers or disposable slippers. Although, other reviews made me worried, I had no concerns about cleanliness. The bed had a panel to turn off the lights without even needing to get up (my lazy day dreams came true). As I only stayed two nights, I figured I didn't need cleaning so I put the sign up that morning. When I came back later in the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see a bag with a new towels, PJs, toiletries, and tea bags. The hotel elevator felt secure as it required scanning a keycard to go up the floors. Laundry machines were free and it was easy to get a load started thanks to the clear directions posted.

By no fault of the hotel whatsoever, at times it would smell like smoke indoors. But once I went outside especially toward the afternoon there would be people smoking on the streets.

The room was very modern, clean and a good size. Beds were comfortable with the best pillows ever. Easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants. Not far from multiple convenience stores. The staff were very friendly.

We did enjoy our stay but the foyer smelled of cigarette smoke which was overwhelming - but the rooms did not smell of smoke at all, thankfully. Also, the area had a few late night “adult” spots so there were a lot of security guards and patrons on the street after dark. We weren’t concerned for our safety but I wouldn’t say it’s a family friendly area.

Just like all of the hotel rooms in Japan, it was small, but it was really nice! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in during my 2 months of traveling Asia. Not only was the mattress extremely soft and comfortable, but they also had multiple nice pillows to choose from. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally nice.

There was a desk chair in the room that was fairly low to the ground. It was comfortable enough, but really short. Also, it would have been nice to have a little more space in the room, but that is pretty much true of every hotel room I stayed in throughout the entire country of Japan. Only once did I ever stay in a spacious hotel room in Japan. Clearly that was an exception to the rule. LOL

Very well situated a couple stops from Nagoya station, in one of the main entertainment districts. Modern facilities, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows (have noticed a trend of business hotels charging extra). Concierge desk seemed to always be staffed, even during late night convenience store runs. Probably the most bang for my buck of any of the places I stayed in over the course of my 1 month trip (though most of that attributable to the fact that Nagoya is a much cheaper city overall).

Would have preferred a proper desk rather than a side table, and a more up to date air con unit with a remote. Also a shame that bath salts weren't available from either the in room or concierge amenities, given the en suite.

Location is good, about 10min walk to the nearest train station. Nearby convenience shops and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room had a fridge, which was great, and there is a microwave in some floors that guests can access. There's also a laundry area for guests to use.

Room a bit small but it's common in Japan. It is ok for a solo traveller but I imagine it would be a challenge for 2 people. There's a window which can't be opened so it felt a bit stuffy in the room sometimes.

There was a stain on the sheets when we arrived but the hotel staff took care of it very fast after our arrival, mistakes happen. They fixed it so a+ from my side, they also took great care of our baggage when we asked for luggage service Do note that the neighbourhood is full of brothels, wasnt aware of that and at night it gets very crowded, with dirty streets (lots of litter, puke etc) during the day its much quieter

The location was good, close to the metro and convenience stores (kombinis). The staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags at the reception even after our check-out. It is a nice hotel, easy to find, and they offer pajamas.

There were hairs in the drain of our bathtub, so we ended up not using it. Also, the room is really small. You can't open your suitcase and walk around the room. And breakfast must be paid separately.

The location was close to Sakae shopping and the Nagoya tower. And there was a ramen shop across the street that was open when others were closed for the New Year holidays, so it was helpful.

The room was a bit on the small side, nevertheless it didn’t take away from the comfort or the nice amenities. The buffet breakfast (extra fee) was short on the offerings. First time I was warned that there is a large group staying. Second time, I don’t know why. We went around 8am. But they had what I wanted to eat and the convenience was worth it on those days.

There are more than enough toiletries offered to all guests, a comfortable pajama to sleep in, a tight but comfortable bed, and a very clean bathroom. Even though the room was small, it had all we needed for 2 nights in Nagoya.

It is a big hotel with no lobby, so to be able to sit down before going out or during check-in, can get tight, as there is little space for all guests.
