Location is very accessible to train station, walking distance to essential needs like family mart is just in the 1st floor. the cleanliness of the hotel, the smell is very nice. there is a steamer that you could use for your clothes. i love the free drinks in the 2nd floor lobby. all toilet tries are provided, they just need to enhance the toothpaste. the staff was very accommodating. location is just across of Don Quijote which is the famous shopping store in Japan.
Above all, maybe the check out time because it is very early than the usual hotel we have experience in other countries. Check in is around 2pm in the afternoon and 12nn is the standard checkout.

We simply enjoyed the location and how everything was very accessible from our hotel! Osu Shopping Street is just a good 20 minute walk while Don Quixote is just 2 minutes away (literally just across our hotel). There are also a lot of good restaurants around the area not to mention the usual shops such as GU, Uniqlo, Daiso, Mitsukoshi are just 5-10 minutes walk. There is also unlimited drinks, soup and fruit shake at the hotel lobby plus a place where you can safely store your luggage. Towels are changed daily while change of linens can be requested upon your discretion. Wifi is also ok !

Location was perfect! It's just a 2 minute walk to the subway. Shopping area and restos are just within walking distance. Don Quixote in just a stones throw away and there are a lot of underground shopping malls just near the subway making everything simply accessible. Mirai Tower and Oasis 21 is also just a good 10 minute walk from the hotel. Bus terminal going back to Chubu Centrair International airport was also just a 10 minute walk. The staff also changed our towels daily and we can request linen changes anytime we want. The queen sized bed is also very comfortable and spacious unlike other hotels. This is the perfect place to stay if you are in Nagoya given its accessibility and good customer service.

+ free flow drink bar! The cocoa was yummy, soup was great for cold days + lovely staff + self-service machines for checking in and out + toiletries placed by the front desk + wonderful location + it’s super thoughtful that they printed out lists of recommended restaurants and cafes in the area and placed them by the first floor! - VERY tiny room. The tiniest we’ve ever stayed in. We kept bumping into everything/each other. Barely any space to place our stuff. - the heater temperature couldn’t be lowered, making the room stuffy. We had to open the window for the air to circulate.

First of all, I would like commend this hotel's staff, especially the tall man with grey hair (I am so sorry I didn't get your name). He was SOOOOOOOO helpful with our airport transfer dilemma (there was a miscommunication with another staff regarding Yamato Luggage service and we ended up having supposed to bring 5 BIG LUGGAGES to Chubu Centrair). He assisted us in booking a taxi from the hotel going to the airport. He even assisted us loading our luggages to the taxi. And true to Japan's hospitality, he and another staff waited for us to drive away and bowed. So, ARIGATO GOZAIMASU to you sir.

Very solid location right in the center of Nagoya, surrounded with big buildings with tons of things to do. I also greatly appreciated how useful the lobby was, it provided free soups and soft-drinks, had a social energy, and was comfortable. A great place to rendezvous with friends.
I was about 10 minutes late to checkout and got charged, which I felt was a little over the top - I understand that it's probably just their policy, and I could have been a little quicker, but there was no discussion about it and the staff member who came to inform me was very nervous and uncomfortable doing so. I would have liked a little more lenience, especially since it was only 10 minutes. Also, the clothing drier in the communal laundromat wasn't super good at the task of drying clothes.

-The location was excellent! Hotel is easily reachable and only a minute walk after you leave exit 2 of the Sakae subway station. This hotel is adjacent to the photogenic Hisaya Odori park (which also provides a great running route for you runners), and from Sakae it's convenient to access attractions such as the castle, the Osu shopping district, and the science museum. -The front desk area has a rather generous luggage storage area with smart pin-number locks -They have a free coffee machine that also makes hot cocoa, which was a bonus for me
-I honestly have not experienced any obvious faults -I'll mention that there's a minor noise pollution coming from a talent show at the Sunshine Sakae building - it was running on a Friday night and it did stop around 11pm, thought it could potentially be annoying for early sleepers. There are multiple hotels around the same location, so if you can noise-proof your windows better than the other guys, it may provide you an edge against the competitions.

I think the best aspects of the hotel are its location and value for money. The Sakae location is excellent, being just minutes away from some major malls (for both shopping and food), and just across the street from Hisaya-Odori Park. There's a 24-hour Family Mart attached to the hotel. In terms of accessibility, there's a subway station right outside the hotel (down the block), which is only 2 stops from Nagoya Station, and which gives you access to Sakae Chika - a whole underground eating/shopping area which also gives you direct underground access to several malls in the area. There's a bus terminal at Oasis 21 (a couple of blocks from the hotel) where you can access a bus that shuttles to and from the airport.
While the hotel is generally pretty clean, my mother-in-law and I noticed there were some areas in the rooms where we were prone to sneezing due to dust. Not sure if those were the curtains, the carpet, or some ledges that weren't consistently wiped down or vacuumed. For those new to Japan, you might be surprised by the small size of the room (barely enough floor space to open up 2 pieces of luggage), but this is typical in most Japan hotels. The prefab bathroom isn't the most accessible for those with mobility issues, since entering and exiting require stepping up and down each time.

Location is my favourite thing about this hotel. Easy check in/out. Having a Family mark on the 1st floor is a bonus. The room was small but had almost everything one needed. It was clean. On the second floor, you could also find some free toiletries. Great iron))
Well... I thought the pillows were very uncomfortable. When you have a hotel room so small that it only fits a bed, you hope it will be comfortable and that you can rest well. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good rest. The pillow was hard and a weird shape. The curtain was short, so all the outside lights lit up the room from early morning. I know it's uncommon, but I still wish they had their own parking. Even if I had to pay for it, I would prefer that over wandering around looking for a parking spot.
