Convenient to most places with a lot of famous Nagoya food nearby. Clean modern facility. The bed sleeps ok for two people. It would be way too cramped for two adults plus one child.

the street facing side of the hotel can have noise problem at night, with ambulances and motorcycles roaming by.

Great location, about 2 minute walk from the train station, and in front is just the bus stop. There are konbinis and restaurants nearby as well. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly too!

The space was small, but that’s a given as most hotel rooms in Japan are about this size anyway.

The best breakfast I ever had in Japanese hotels. Very quiet room - located behind elevators, but no sound of elevators could be heard. Similarly - did not hear any neighbors. Very good localisation, easy access to subway.

In a deadly hot and humid season (July-August) it is inevitable to use air conditioning and provided that the rooms are quite small, the cool air always blows towards the bed. Fortunately in this hotel the AC could be set to very low and quite quiet mode, so one can sleep with AC on under the blanket.

Breakfast was good; the hotel is close to subway transportation and other shopping areas. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was reasonably comfortable.

Not related to the inside of the hotel but some trash around the front of the building from previous night's "night life" could be picked up to make the area look better.

Close the Nagoya subway and the hotel has many amenities near it - convenience shops and restaurants. Complimentary drinks till late night. Breakfast was decent at 1400yen per head.

You will NEED to reserve parking in advance. Carpark was full when we got there. Even though we paid for the "partner" parking nearby the price was actually higher. We were told overnight parking would be 1800 yen if we left before 11am. We left before 10am and we still had to top up and paid a total of 2,200 yen. DO NOT lose the parking slips. The total charges were 9600yen for overnight parking there.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area near the central park and only 2 subway stops from the station. There is a convenience store downstairs and a self-service laundry on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was very nicely laid out.

The room was quite small for 3 people.

I think you hire more receptionist who can speak English, or train to speak English. I encounter a bit of problem in communication.

The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. It is very close to the station and Donki and Oasis 21 is just a short walk away. Lots of restaurants are nearby.

It is close to the Red district and people are outside Donki smoking.

The breakfast is good but my wife found a small metal screw in the vegetables.That is only the bad experience that we had in our stay at Vessel inn hotel.

The property is centrally located in the shopping district, with Don Quijote just a block away.

The room for my family of four was quite small, leaving us with limited space to open our luggage. Adding a wall-mounted coat hanger by the door would be a helpful addition.
