Great ingroom functions and amenities provided.

Room is a bit too small especially with a child to sleep in 1 bed.

Very comfortable, easy walking distance to lively streets. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast.

Location was great, the rooms were a nice size, standard small Japanese style. Clean and carpet seemed to appear newer. Very appealing inside. We used the laundry, which was a great facility. Be aware they do not take coin - it is all by card, but the system is great. You can check from your room whether washing it done and get an email too.

The only qualm is the elevators were very slow. Takes a long time to get one. There is also lots of group bookings so it can get very busy i.e. elevator use and check in/out.

I like the facilities and their comfortable room. Location is also great - with lot of convenience store, nearby train station and shopping area.

It was mentioned that room cleaning is every 3 days - but was not followed on our rooms. No cleaning of rooms done as floor was not vacuumed as well as toilet was not cleaned

-Overall atmosphere of the hotel was very good -friendly and polite staff -luggage storage after check out -near the station also possible to go place on foot -nice breakfast which was refilled all the time till the last moment, mainly Japanese but there is always something for everyone. -smart TV -Amenities

One of the staff member(Suzuki) was very rude, disrespectful and almost agressive with us for no reason...Every other staff was amazing!

We love how the hotel was in close proximity to a number of different dining options. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

There was this foreign looking (not Japanese but can speak Japanese) female receptionist that was NOT friendly and welcoming at all. I have booked 8 nights (2 rooms) and booked an additional night since we are arriving early in the morning and we need to get some rest before the check in time. She said that we were not allowed to check in although we have paid for the room in advance. Thankfully her co-workers heard and we were given our rooms. She was snarky and grumpy which made us feel unwelcomed. All the other receptionists were lovely though.

About the hotel. Beautiful outside and inside. Clean and tidy. The staff is professional and helpful. There is a small cabinet in the lobby with mini sets of cosmetics and bathroom accessories, which is very convenient if you need it. The elevators are clean and fast. On two floors there are machines with water and drinks, but the choice is not large. About the room. Small, clean. The bed is comfortable, pillows and blankets are excellent and warm. There are pajamas for sleeping. The windows are large and clean. There is a smart TV, you can connect via your phone or tablet to turn on any movie.

What I didn't like: there is a business lunch, but it is limited in the number of cups of drinks and the time spent at the table. If you need to work, this area with tables will be closed. Breakfast is very strictly regulated by time. And if you come 1 or 2 minutes later, you will not be allowed to have breakfast even if you have paid for it. Although there is still food and people go to get food and continue having breakfast.
