Great ingroom functions and amenities provided.

Room is a bit too small especially with a child to sleep in 1 bed.

Very comfortable, easy walking distance to lively streets. Staff very helpful. Great breakfast.

Location was great, the rooms were a nice size, standard small Japanese style. Clean and carpet seemed to appear newer. Very appealing inside. We used the laundry, which was a great facility. Be aware they do not take coin - it is all by card, but the system is great. You can check from your room whether washing it done and get an email too.

The only qualm is the elevators were very slow. Takes a long time to get one. There is also lots of group bookings so it can get very busy i.e. elevator use and check in/out.

I like the facilities and their comfortable room. Location is also great - with lot of convenience store, nearby train station and shopping area.

It was mentioned that room cleaning is every 3 days - but was not followed on our rooms. No cleaning of rooms done as floor was not vacuumed as well as toilet was not cleaned

-Overall atmosphere of the hotel was very good -friendly and polite staff -luggage storage after check out -near the station also possible to go place on foot -nice breakfast which was refilled all the time till the last moment, mainly Japanese but there is always something for everyone. -smart TV -Amenities

One of the staff member(Suzuki) was very rude, disrespectful and almost agressive with us for no reason...Every other staff was amazing!

We love how the hotel was in close proximity to a number of different dining options. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

There was this foreign looking (not Japanese but can speak Japanese) female receptionist that was NOT friendly and welcoming at all. I have booked 8 nights (2 rooms) and booked an additional night since we are arriving early in the morning and we need to get some rest before the check in time. She said that we were not allowed to check in although we have paid for the room in advance. Thankfully her co-workers heard and we were given our rooms. She was snarky and grumpy which made us feel unwelcomed. All the other receptionists were lovely though.

Highly recommended, great location

the place is very clean, and room condition is the same as described in the picture. they also have paid washing machine+dryer to wash our clothes. The receptionist also can speak understandable English. The hotel also provides complete amenities such as bath soap/shampoo/body lotion/toothbrush etc.

i hope the hotel add some information/regulation regarding the queue system for coin laundry usage in 2nd floor, as in my experience, there are some guests that queue just by leaving their clothes in front of washing machine without being present (as the TV-s in every room able to track the time left for every washing machine) so they will just leave the clothes and come when the machine about to finish, and it made a ruckus between the guest that waiting longer inside the room.
