Stayed here from 1 Apr 2025 to 4 Apr. This is one of the most satisfactory hotel experience throughout my travel experience. Staffs were helpful, especially the guy and the older guy with specs (who worked at night shift on 1st Apr 10.30pm) and girls receptionist who helped me to call Airport (3rd Apr 4pm) for my luggage issues, they are very empathetic and tried their best to help me. The older guy greeted me every time he saw me. Room is clean, quiet, with a bathtub and a big bed. Very convenient and strategic location. Provides almost everything you need.

All staff is friendly. I mistakenly booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking so the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers in our room on day 1. Unfortunately, all non-smoking rooms have been booked so the hotel was not able to grant our request to transfer to a different room but I am glad that they have a machine to filter the air and it really helped with the smell. What I like about the hotel is that they clean the room every day. I love the bed, it's comfy. Towels and Robes smell nice and clean. The location is great. It's really quiet in the room at night. It's also child friendly and my 3-year-old daughter calls the hotel "our HAPPY hotel" because of the smiley logo. haha. The heater in the room works perfectly too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The room doesn't have a closet but it's understandable because hotel rooms in Japan are small. This room is actually bigger than the one we booked in Tokyo so it's totally fine. We just placed our luggage under the bed :D

Great value for money and was a very spacious room and toilet with a great shower and bath tub I have been Nagoya a few times and always stay here as the location is perfect for me. Not far from Sakae station. Staff are friendly and do everything to help

The staffa are nice. The location is good, nearby the Sakae station exit 13 and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

The room size is standard in Japan, quite small. It's rather difficult to open 2 luggages at the same time.

Really good hotel for the price. It's in the center of Nagoya and while it's a neighborhood that has noice at night, you cannot hear anything. The bed was really comfy and the staff super nice.

The fridge was not working properly and the bathroom, while being clean most of all, had some parts dirty under the sink that you could see while taking a shower.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic at city, convenient to public transport. The room has a bathtub and a big bed. Equipped with almost everything you need.

Good value budget hotel, friendly helpful staff. Very close to Sakae station & city centre. Lots of convenience stores & restaurants nearby.

Staffs are all polite and respectful. In my opinion,the bed could be more comfortable... The breakfast was very good 😋

There are no free parking space,they recommend a parking lot not nearby that will cost you 1,200¥.
